Dear Sir,
I have ordered a product on 25 Oct 2023. Order id 1849821. One of the item send by the company is of small size . I cannot return the product as no option available in company website and app. I have been trying to contact customer service. However No response. I have also email them multiple times however didnot receive a single response.
I think Company is fooling customer by cheap scheme. I need a response and return of my product

Exchange product not delivered and financial fraud conducted by the company

Dear Sir,
I had ordered 1 white shirt large size having a product name as ‘Masai Lion white shirt’ on 8th March 2023. The product was delivered to me on 14th March 2023 and it was found that the shirt was smaller than my fit. Further I had put in a request of exchange with the company on 16th March 2023 itself for which the product was picked from my end on 28th March 2023. Till today i.e. 28th April 2023 the exchange product has not been delivered to me and on several attempts of contacting the company they have been ignoring me and not providing me with the product or the refund which I am entitled to.
Also, the way their customer care department is managing the whole process is very disrespected thus, effecting my mental position. I shall request you to kindly take an appropriate action against them and help me with the resolution.
