Sny Cosmos Complaints & Reviews

This is a complaint against the Jayanagar, Bangalore branch of SNY Cosmos.
I had sent a list o[censored]niversities I wanted to apply to in Germany, for which the counsellor agreed.Later he told me he has applied to those colleges but did not get any updates from the university for which I agreed.But i asked him to forward me the mails recieved from the universities regarding the confirmation of my application (that my application is received) for which he told he will send me right away.Even for 2 days he did not send.I called him directly and asked him to send, he told he has told his team to forward the mails and will send it in sometime.But it's been a week since he told that, i have not received any follow up mail or updates from him...Now i am doubtful whether he even applied to the universities or not..any number of the consultancy i call..either the receptionist or that counsellor will only pick..i am not even able to contact the person above him whom he is reporting to.
I want my application mails before it gets too late.Make sure you resolve this.

SNY COSMOS located in Jayanagar 3rd Block claims itself to be the best Oversea Study Consultancy for all the European countries like - France, Gemany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania and many others. However they are good at nothing and restricted with advertizing 2 -3 universities of France with a slide show. I would rate it as my worst experience and complete waste of time because there is only 1 counselor who has no knowledge of what...
