We bought an sofa from tradecenter nandambakkam chennai from the seller sofa world for rs.44000/on 14/7/2018. Got delivery on 26/7/2018. While selling they guaranteed for 5 years. But with in a month the sofa stitching got toned and the foam all got loose and came out. While contacting the concern people there is no proper response and not picking the phone.

Poor product

Please do not try to enter in this shop that the first thing.
I purchased two sofa sets & after some time i came to know internal framework is old and with lots of bedbugs.
Quality of cushion was very bad. I purchased two sofas with 30k. When i checked the resell price nobody was giving me more than 2k for two sofas.
That the actual value of that sofas.
Please ignore this shop and try to make it from workshop you...

Poor furniture quality

I had purchased a teak wood sofa with artificial leather upholstery from Sofa World, M.G. Road, Pune in Oct, 07. There was a lot of delay in delivery and finally when they delivered, it was found that one of the sofa legs had a slight crack in it. The polish colour was also not as per the requirements. They were not willing to change it. Those guys simply didnt respond to any requests for making repairs. Also it appears that they have not...
