My sol roll no is[protected].I paid my semester V fees through UPI method but my money deducted from my account and sol is showing payment failed i want my money refund

Fake notice are provided by sol University result is come in October and admissions are closed in September 30 which type of system is this without result how can you give admission to students and how they take admission discusting people's discusting system lier a big lier they are they are playing with students dreams and emotions

Hi my name is bhupender bora i was just admit myself for b. A programme 1st year and i made a payment through credit card but payment was deducted and sol website shows that your bank is declined the payment i don't no how is it possible when payment was debited and website is showing such a result like this.
I have shared the screenshot as well and my balance deduction message highlighted with draw circle as well.

I have take a admission in delhi university... But this is very big mistake from internet when i have done the procedure of the du sol admission and the subject are selected do i have reached the payment option in the website i have fill up the procedure of the online payment all done i have click the payment button... Then website are very slow and website shows the refresh button when i have click the refresh button the new payment page are open and then i have again fill up the payment form and the admission is complete but when i have reach to the bank then i show the payment twice in the book. I have twice the payment in one admission. So please refund my first payment. Please sir support me.
