I placed the order for Yoga Sandals on 28th/ May and received the product on 2/ Jun. The product type + color was wrong. I immediately placed a return request. Product was promptly collected on 3/ Jun.
Till date, the refund has not been processed. Attempts to reach them on email (their mailbox is full and emails are bouncing) and via phone call (their number is always busy and never answered) have been unsuccessful. Attempts to reach them on their chatbox also failed.
Resolution: Refund to my bank ac/ credit card on an immediate basis. Not interested in store credits as after this experience I will never shop with them again

I bought an item from solethreads website but the delivery date has been prostponed multiple times. There is no response from the delivery agent, the website customer care or email.
I was sypposed to take that product with me on my travel and I ordered it because they promised delivery well before my travel date.
