Hi odered gucci sneakers in 2019 with solo luxury which hasnt been delivered till now, till now wt i got is just fake commitments about delivery and shipment but i havent got anything till now even the number i had of solo luxury and his so called owner he also doesnt reply or respond over call or whatsapp dont trust them they will take your over promising product but nothing will be deliver to you ever they are just fraudsters duping other peoples money anything so dont trust them ever even uploading my order details never recieved it till now

I ordered gucci shoes with sololuxury.Co.In in jan 2019 till now they are just fooling me giving false words over delivering product but till now i didnt get my product i paid rs 30.000 through card on there web portal i have the proof too they are just fraudster who mug up your money dont even reply after that, i have the evidence of everything and have number of the owner mr yogesh mordani but he doesnt reply now please get my refund back thank you

I ordered a pair of prada shoes through this site in february 2019 and paid an advance of rs. 25, 000. After two months of constantly following up they said those shoes are not available and i can get another pair. I asked for a pair of valentino shoes which have not been delivered till date. They give false hope that the product is about to reach every week. When i ask for a refund they just don’t give it. Now i am seeing more stories like these and want other people to be careful of this fraud site. Do not order from solo luxury. It is a fake site. And please give suggestions on how to solve this problem.

Ordered a gucci belt online on their website and paid 24000 in full by credit card. Product did not arrive for weeks. When i asked their customer support, they said there was a problem with their shipment at customs and i can get my money refunded. That was 7 months ago. Since then i have been trying to follow up with them every week. They do not reply to their customer support email. Their support phone number is fake and doesn’t work. They have taken down their social media accounts. Their whatsapp support people occasionally reply and give the same false promise that it will be done soon! It has been 7 months now and it is the most frustrating thing repeatedly begging this fraud company to refund my money! But these scams test still send out flyers to people trying to sell more product. I have seen various complaints from other people online with same fraud by solo luxury.

They say delivery within a month, then no delivery after a month, i keep reminding them, they keep saying it will be delivered soon. After 2 months i ask refund, now they not responding.

If required i can give their customer support in whatsapp where i keep asking for refund and i only keep geting advertisements now.
I tried on 3 of their number on whatsapp and email.

I purchased a prada bag from the website. That product came to my place after 30 days and when i got the product of almost a lakh.

Sales person informed you can check with any prada store all over india.

I've taken that product to prada store after 15 days and they informed product is inauthentic. Chinese products.

Guys please do not buy from this website. They will fool you.
