This is for your information that i, yashpal wadhwa r/o sangrur (Punjab) had purchased tiles from sangrur sales corporation vide different invoices keeping in mind the name, brand, quality of the products and reputation of the company.

We had ordered total 204 tiles and out of these 109 tiles were found broken when taken out of packed boxes. We found that 60% of the tiles were in broken form. This type of problem is not expected from the company like you.

After this we intimated this fact to the dealer from where we purchased the tiles. Mr. Radhey (Territory manager of somany) physically verified the tiles at our premises and confirmed 60% breakage and assured the refund/ exchange, he further suggested to use/fix these tiles and assured that company will compensate us with the loss occurred to us.

But now he has totally denied from his comments and nobody is bothering to indemnify our loss.

We also lodged a complaint regarding this at the customer care of the company vide complaint no.38113 dated 01.06.2016, but the same is still pending and no action has been taken on the same, this is also putting a question mark on the performance of customer care team of the company.

We the people in general can not expect these things from the company like u, which is really a big question mark on the companies hr department who is hiring the manager like mr. Radhey, qc department of the company who did not properly check the tiles while removing from the factory of the company. Not only this your employee mr. Radhey did not even talk properly when contacted later on... He used threatening words to us to do ever we can do... This is also a great lapse on your part.

The motive of this mail is to bring these kind of events before the top management of the company and we hope to get some positive action from the company's management.

I have purchased a tap form ur showroom on[protected]. The company have given 7 years warranty of changing or repairing it.
It is liking(water is coming out without switching it) . I have taken it to ur showroom also but they have said that they only sells the product not repair.They have said that call to the toll free no.[protected].When I call on this I have got only complain no. not any response.Please help me.

My batroom fittings not working propely. I complain 2 times in ur toll free no. My contct no [protected]. Actuly i mentioned my problems, my bathroom taps not working propely, drops of water down when the tap is closed.sir/mam u know about cost of water in this year in my lovely country. So think my problems seriously and solve my problems.

I have bought 82 pieces of tiles from pee kay incorporate 34/136g n h byepass, edappally, cochin-24 showroom.Out of them 24 were broken or partially broken. I have called the dealer and enquired about the same. But he is telling he cant do anything. I have the bill with me as well as images of broken tile. This has been really trouble to common people like me to complete the construction of our house. Please make a not of this and let me know any further evidence required to resolve this issue, at least the people who are going to buy somany tile should be aware of this.

We are purchasing premimun floor tiles from Nirmal Marble, Nabhe(147201), Punjab Your Dealer fraud In delivering this product, ... He said this is a premimum tiles...but he delivered second class tiles... He place premimum tile stickeron second class tile while delivering ... we complaint this to ur toll free number( complaint number 17095, Dated:[protected] But they Does not give any response of my call.. and dealer cheated in size measurement...20.67 but he charged tiles wid 21.33 For futher information, my contact number-[protected]

I ordered for Dacia green and received the same. I have inspected one pocket, the colour of the tile was same as I had selected. After I gave instructions to lay the tiles to my labours. Now I noticed the colour fade in the tiles .However all the tile pocket are carrying the same name of Dacia green.who is responsible for this? why can't I claim for the damage legally for the design failur

Sir, My builder for my flat at Chennai has purchased the somany vitrified double coated (ultra charge)and laid down. Here the builder has given 2 to 3 mm gap between. the tile to tile and has been filled with white cement. The look of the floor square checks. after enquiry the builder says that for somany vitrified tiles the gap of 2 to 3 mm is mandatory as per M/s somany ceramics ltd instructions. It is requested that is it 2 to 3 mm gap is justified for your vitrified tiles, or paper gap is recommended ? i want to say that i had purchased tiles vetrified tiles from... sant tiles... ludhiana last month[protected] .they send me the same at my place sunam distt. sangrur.whene i complainted about the quality they refuse to check the material at my place.they said me that i should check all the tiles by opening the boxes before buying because there may be some defected tiles in the boxes by default (from the factory end).they refuse me to give company custumer care contact by stating that they do not have the contact details.my contact no.[protected]---vivek singla.attending person at sant tiles was jatin kumar.

one month ago i lodged the complaint against the non working of flushing system but till now it is not rectified.one of your engineer came to my home and he tells us that some of the part got damaged.he replace that part but after replacing the part flushing system is not rectified the problem remains continued.afterthat he did not picked my call and when i tried to again file a telephonic complaint but none of your representative had attended...

Dear Sir, I bought a western toilet Make-Somany, Model-Unique from Mayur granite, F-1-2, Sector-9, Noida . after few days I found the seat getting cracked and registered a complain with Somany company([protected]@somanyceramics.com) and the complain id is 4150, dated 18 march 2014. on 20th march his service person came and suggested to send the photos to his manager Naveen. Further Naveen send me an approval mail to replace the defected seat but when i checked with the dealer i found the product is out of stock and same as of now. I have been following of for my defected toilet seat replacement for the past few months but I feel that Somany is not taking things seriously as a result I am getting suffered. I am giving several calls daily but not getting any proper answer and this time i have become frustrated and i am left with the only one option to go with legal procedures. Kindly look into it and do the needful at the earliest.
