We have placed order on space wood at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad on 6th July 2020 with 10% advance Payment and On 10th July 2020, we paid 40% advance payment for wardrobes ( through cheque and credit Card). At the time placement order, Jubilee Hill Space wood in charge Mrs Zohra Owais confirmed the delivery and installation five weeks to six weeks after place of order. As on 31st August 2020, no information about delivery of wardrobes and Mrs Zohra Owais didn't lift the mobile and avoid the call.
space wood should refund 50% advance along with Penalty of 200% the value of Wardrobes order immediately

Horrendous service by this company - they charge a hefty amount for anything going wrong after work is done!!

I spent a few lakhs on making my modular kitchen through them. But after few years when few things are coming off they are asking us to pay a substantial amount to get them fixed - how ridiculous is that!!

They told us lifetime warranty and similar stories but now for small fixes also they are asking us to pay!!

Im spreading this word over web through other review sites too so that customers don't get fooled and trapped they way we were!!

So beware guys before you engage this company spacewood to do your work!! They are fraudsters!!

I complained around 20th july and i was told to shell out 6000 to get a small repair job!!

Strict action should be taken and noone should order kitchen through them - all are faulty products and will get damaged in no time!!
