Full fraud my amount got deducted 4 days ago nobody pickup my call and not replying me on mail. fake. I want my money back. Help me to get the refund. I am really dissapointed.

I have ordered Battery for Karbonn Aura sleek plus mobile vide order #1931 on 28/8/2. Received the same on 3/9/21 and found the battery is defective. when used in the mobile error msg dispalys "BATTERY TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH AND MOBILE WILL SHUT DOWN" and the device get switched off automatically. I have raised a complaint to the customer care mail [protected]@gmail.com on 3/9/21 with a video proof. I have been resenidng mails, calling customer care number - but no response.

After repeated calls - on 7/9/21 - an official attended the cusomer care call (no" [protected]) and advsd that their team is getting in touch with the supplier and will have a closure by 10th September. From 10th September - I have made repeated calls - either it is switched off or busy tone is coming after few rings. Mails are also not responded.

On 13/9/21 - after trying continously for more than 25 times - received an SMS from the customer care number that the team will call you by 11.15am. After this no one has called and no response on the calls, SMS, whatsapp msgs or mails sent till today.

Request you to take this up with them and do the needful.
