Dear sir
I have purchased sandal from Flipkart.

I have received in good manner.

But when I used and got to know both sandals are of different size in length but by mistake 10 no is mentioned on both the sandal

I purchased the sparx shoes from a shop which is located at Daund, Pune (Pin:413801) before 5 month. My shoes outer side is detached from the bottom side.

I bought a pair of shoes but want to exchange the shoes but sector 14 Panchkula branch is not accepting it back. I have not used the shoes walked less than 4-5 metres in it. Pls exchange my shoes as they are not comfortable to me

I am regular Sparx user.No doubt that Sparx sandles are very comfortable but for this first time my new sandles hurt(peel) my fingers very badly because the inner side of sandles near fingers is very small.I request you to clear this defect so no one more gets hurt.

I have purchased shoes offline in Jan. 2021 and wear in May 2021 5 to 6 times and then in Oct. 2021 for 10 times and in November found torn.

I have purchased Sparx company shoes on 40/10/21.after 20days shoes stitching is damaged.

flipkart given only 14 day return policy.

I have purchased Sparx sandal model no SPARX SS0453G on 27th April and delivered to us on 2nd May 2021 but after a month we are facing sandal sole issue. The Sparx is very known company and hence we have order the product but are very disappointed by this product and hence we need a replacement or refund so kindly give us best solution on this.please do the needfull

I have purchase a 10/14 size of sandle but when i started using I noticed ahe size of pair is different one is in standard size and other is long in size.
I request you to please solve this problem and kindly replaced it.

I bought a sparx 1 pair of formal shoes, around 1350 rupees, in ambajogai
Famous sprax showroom main road. But after a 1 month shoes colors are different. One shoes are differ color and another one is differ colour.
So i'm so unhappy for this brand.
For any customers,
I suggest you plz don't bough for this companys any product. 👎👎👎

Don't use sparx brand use any other...

I bought a pair of slippers of sparx company for rs 349 and they were not even useful for a month. First it's straps became loose and was very uneasy to move in and after some days one of it completely came off. When you can't provide quality don't advertise for it. Even 100 rs slippers stay longer than this. Consumers money is so precious to be spent on this #. Either replace it or stop manufacturing it.

It is very dishearting expierence i purchased a pair of shoes sm 330 from your exclusive outlet of sector 46 chandigarh of rs 1999 to my surprise same model at flipkart @ 1599 whats this i enquire them about discount they said there is no discount now tell me what customer should do now is there any refund policy at exclusive outlet i purchased yesterday

Upper net of right hand shoe was cut within 3 months and also respective dealer don't give proper answer .

I bought sparx shoes without any discount amd it also have 6 months warrenty. I facing a problem The tongue of shoes always goes down own its own by stepping just two or three steps. Its really distubing me alot and i also had complained this to owner of showroom and he is saying that it cant be returnable till the shoe get torned or cracked. But they gave me the defected shoes they have to change my shoes. Please help me and suggest me what to do. My contact no. [protected]

I have Purchased a pair of Shoes From company's outlet at Mahanagar LKO approx. 6-7 months ago. After passing of said time the sole pasting has removed the pics is also attached herewith. The complaint is related to manufacture defect in my view. Pl look into the matter and take the appropriate decision as earliest.

I am purchasing the sparx brand shoes 3 months before the colour is black i say the sparx outlet the colour is fad outlet say colour is full guaranty i am say ok and purchasing the shoes bt 3 months after colour is fad colour is brown and out let not satisfied answers .

I purchased Sparx Shoes SM-58 in blue, in January 2013 from Andheri retailer in Mumbai from where i am purchasing my footwear from last 10 years, but on 22nd feb 2013, my shoes tongue (portion below lace) is coming in my hand separately, means it is tored, why is this so? will you repair it or replace it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi i purchased "Sparx sneakers/size-8/black/article no-SM-70/001/ tin no-[protected]/ cash memo no-1736" from " Krupa Enterprises, S.S.B Multi Building, K.G.Circle, Bangalore-560009" on 23/08/10. The sole is torn within one-n-half months o[censored]se. When i went to shop to ask about this they treated very rudly and rejected the service on 31/10/10. I request you to take necessary action against them and provide me a replacement.
