I have Short sight s and the power they gave was Long sight . even though the prescription from doctor was given. they have placed a wrong power which strain my sensitive eyes and i cant look properly .

Dear Sir we had ordered two glasses for my 6 year old grandchild & had given them the prescription.Two glasses were made after a lot of trouble as they didnt deliver on time & we were made to run around as we had already paid advance so we could not cancel the order.After the glasses were made my daughter & grandchild left for Canada.There when my granddaughter complained of pain in the eyes my daughter took her to the optometrist & found out that the glasses made was not according to the prescription it was made +1 more than the prescription which was causing my grandchild pain & discomfort.This is a very serious offense as it involves the sight & being careless & giving a wrong prescription glasses should be considered a serious offense.Kindly look into this matter & do the right thing.When I called & told them I would be complaining to the consumer forum the officer said they are prepared & that we could complain & they do not care.
