My name is Akash . I registered in Spectrum Technocrats company in 2017 . I didn't complete any task so you have to pay money for that. That time I had to pay money whatever amount they asked for.now I am cancelling this offer, still they are saying that I have to face legal case if I will not pay the penalty amount to company, plzzz help me

My name is Deemala . I registered in this company in 2017 . After that they even didn't connect me .when I tried them no one had picked the call . after a month I got a call from there and they said I didn't complete any task so you have to pay money for that. That time I had to pay money whatever amount they asked for.same time I requested them to cancelled my registered.i tried them to call them but no one had picked my call .now again they called me and asking for money and if I Don't do they said they will file case against me . Please help me.

Spectrum technocrats had call me and offer me job to type 150 pages in 15 days and Rs 90/page, now I am cancelling this offer so they said u have to pay penalty of 7380.and I have cancel their offer in only one day, still they are saying that I have to face legal case if I will not pay the penalty amount to company, plzzz help me

They called me one day and said part time job without investment. I agreed and started to do my work...1500 forms in 15 days... Bt i can't finish the job within the time... I took extract 1 day and completed my work... I got my qc report next days as my qc repprt was fail... And they called me... A day after and asking me to pay 7200 within 5 pm.. What to do... Plzz help me

One day out of the blue they asked me to do this job. A job where you can make money online without investing a dime. The job was to fill up 1800 forms in 20 days. Internet as my witness i full filled the task.
1 day later my qc report failed
1 month later they're asking me to pay the penalty.

I tried to look this company up online but could'nt find a god damn website. That tells you a lot about this company and their dedication to paying their workers.

The only thing you'll find if you google this company is 6-7 pages worth of complaints about this company.

Not only they took my hours of hours of time that i sacrificed to finish the project but they had nerves of steel to ask me for money instead of paying me one.

Money is the reason why started to work for this 'company' in the first place. If i had money i wouldn't have bothered to finish your unfinishable project.

They have the rights to send me legal notice and i've the rights to deny it.
You fake-asz company.

To quote a wise man 'i'll give you my 'money' when you pry take it from my cold, empty pocket.'

I started work from home and documents provided by them stated that it should be completed within 20days.. The truth i couldn’t complete then i get a call from them threatening me and also the person abused me.. I have declined paying but this is surely not the way you speak to anyone on your 1st call.. What i really what to know is whether this company is legit or not? I received an email from [protected]@advocate-associate.com demanding me to pay 50000...

The company initially provides lucrative offer on data entry work and after signing the agreement asked to pay rs 3700. They are cheating individual and threaten to send the arbitary court notice. I have already sent a written complaint to surat police and also to the surat justice court. Please help in investigating the matter.
The advocate name who made the agreement on rs 50 stamp paper is mr chetan d dhimar (Omkar nagar, bardoli).

There has been demand of 3700 from the recovery agent from mobile number[protected].
The company is based in surat and provide online data entry job which is fake and demand money from people.

I m dipika from kolkata. I recive msg from vivek shah 1st august 2017 they told me work without investment on that time i ignore that msg. Last month on 3th september 2017 i was again got msg from vivek shah that work without investment. I started the work he told me that you have to finish 1800 form with in 20 days. I was completed 1800 form with in 20 days and submite thd project with in 10 hrs the site show me that your qc report failed. Now i called the helpline no and told that i was double corrose the form i dont do any mistakes the helpline mam nisha told me that now you have to pay 4000rs for the maintance of the project. And the face advoce suresh mail me call me that if you dont pay the amount than we will take legal action against you. Now what to do i dont understand that i have to pay the amount or not.
Please help me

They just called me and offered a part time job. Is that real or fake and they don't have the official page. I just want confirmation that is the company really exists or the company is fake. Please let me know that can i proceed to take that offer and they are providing the agreement for 20 days to complete the work. So hope u guys understood the situation....
