Dear Spellbee International,
I have registered my Daughter for the National level Exam in the month of November 21 . Exam is expected to be in the last week of December 21
More than 02 weeks have passed, and I still have not received My preparatory books for the same.
I have contacted Your customer care number multiple times, but they are least interested in resolving the issue.

My daughter reached international level of SpellBee of group 5 in year 2013/14 with so much of hard work and we spent so much money for materials and their tution charges but organizers failed to honor student with certificate and medal which was written in their prospects and she was supposed to receive. its utter shame for organizers of such a repute. i hope some urgent action will be taken as my daughter is waiting since 3 yrs, for this....
