Not received Preparatory Book
Dear Spellbee International,
I have registered my Daughter for the National level Exam in the month of November 21 . Exam is expected to be in the last week of December 21
More than 02 weeks have passed, and I still have not received My preparatory books for the same.
I have contacted Your customer care number multiple times, but they are least interested in resolving the issue.

Waiting for Certificate and Medal since 3 yrs.

My daughter reached international level of SpellBee of group 5 in year 2013/14 with so much of hard work and we spent so much money for materials and their tution charges but organizers failed to honor student with certificate and medal which was written in their prospects and she was supposed to receive. its utter shame for organizers of such a repute. i hope some urgent action will be taken as my daughter is waiting since 3 yrs, for this.

They cheat us by asking us to come in uniform, they help students form schools they support. My daughter in 1 group(class 1) seems to have completed 30 mins before the exam time, the person who was invigilating has taken the answer sheet from my daughter and has given it to another student for copying. There is no filtering process, all studends go to higher level.
Both my sons have cleared State level exam, till now there is no intimation about national level exam...even though I call Spell Bee coordinator, message, no reply from them...
For state level they have informed only 1 day before..This is not a simple test, you are taking money from us and not responding properly... This is not professionalism.. you should inform at least 15 days before..

They will just take money from parents in the name of study material and they will not respond to messages every time for state, national and international level they take money from parents and they will not provide any feedback or certificates. There is no professionalism in this company and in their website also there are credentials 6 years old no new one and their website is not updated only update about the fees and coaching fee they only want money from parents.

How student can study or do preparation for exams without book. eBooks cant solve the purpose of paper books.
They are collecting fees in advance and instead of Books, they sends ebooks. This is not acceptable.
