i had a track pad problem in my spice mobile model QT-95, which was in a warranty period. I give it to nearest service center in gurgaon i.e SPG Distributors, shop No. LG-8, Devi Place, Gurgaon. they told me that there was an IC problem in that set and sent it to the company in Noida. Till date i cant received it so far as I submit it on 11.01.2011, and wheever I call them they todld me that i will get it within 3-4 days but all in vein....

I have just purchased new QT-95 two days ago and I find too many issue , I tried to contact customer care but there is no response
Some basic problems are as below
India Time Zone is showing +5.50 it must be +5.30 GM
You cannot make mp3 as Alarm tone (It will stop ringing after 30 sec)
There is no Key on Keyboard to Stop music/FM radio...

trackpad not working
newly brought spice qt-95 working trackpad is not working......i bought it just 2 weeks ago.moreover the cell is getting switched off itself.......!!!!
example-.when a call comes it get switched off automatically.......it has become useless!!!
please help!!!!!...
