Blazer Missing

I have given my Marriage Blazer to Spin Cycles at Kundanahalli gate on 20th May 2023. The order ID is [protected]. The Blazer is from LP and is worth 15999/-. I got message from the store asking to collect the order on 28th May. I went to the store and then the delivery guy said that the Blazer is missing. First the executive said it was not dispatched from the factory and it will come by tomorrow. Then I followed up the next day and they started saying it was given given to another customer and that customer is lifting the phone. It's been 10 days now I am not getting any response from the Spin Cycles operations team and also from the executive. I need either my blazer or the blazer invoice amount.

Data Privacy and Harassing the customer
I booked three times and every time the delivery person will call me directly from his mobile and have canceled my pickup due to some reason - due to Diwali we have many orders, I won't be able to pick up.
Today I received a message for a pickup which I never placed and the delivery partner again called me 4times. He has my mobile number and is calling me whenever he wants

tailorman suit spoiled after dry cleaning
I had purchased a tuxedo of worth rs.21, 000 from tailorman, bangalore (Indira nagar branch) with order number -42005. I had worn that tuxedo only once in my wedding and one other day few months later. I gave this suit for dry cleaning to spin cycles, bangalore (Kadugodi branch). When i collected my suit, i was shocked to see that the suit was spoiled completely. I immediately went back and checked with spin cycles and they replied saying that there was something wrong with the suit quality and it was not their fault. After that i went to tailorman shop and got the quality of the material checked.
I received below reply from tailorman on july 24th, 2019.
"as per our telecal, we have analyzed the fabric and found that the fabric wash and care was not followed by the laundry. This fabric contains 55% wool and 45% polyster. This sort of fabrics has to only dry cleaned and not water washed.
We have sold 45 suits, 74 trousers and 10 jackets of this fabric. We have not received any complaint so far. This is the first ever complaint. Our wash and care instructions are mentioned in the fabric care tag.
The tag from laundry clearly says it was only cleaning. Attached tag image for your reference."
I am completely stuck in this whole process of blame game. I need a resolution for this. I spent rs.21000 and in return i could wear that suit only twice. Both the vendors can discuss whose fault was it and then come to a resolution, as a customer i need my refund.

Hey! I don't think it's the problem with the fabric. It has been washed incorrectly, ideally such a fabric needs to be dry cleaned.

Have given an expensive suit for dry cleaning to spin cycles Brookfield Bangalore, before giving the order called them personally and confirmed if they can do the job very carefully without destroying the fabric. Visited their store to drop the order, in fact before giving the order the staff at the store verified the suite and then took the order. Also it is mentioned in the order remarks that to carefully Handel the suit. Received a email that the suit is ready for delivery and when I went to the store and checked, they have damaged the suit at 2 places ( sleeves and back). They behave very unprofessional when I asked about it. They also said that mistakes like this happens at times !!. I have worn the suit only once and it is also sentimentally important to me. And very expensive to me.
