Dear Team,
My vehicle is painted 3rd time from the handover from previous owner but still the issue of paint defects are there like rust and other. This time I have given for rust in purchased vehicle but still my problem is not resolved and after paint I have verified the spinny and workshop team. Flaking issue, Rust
issue inner side of door, excess roughness in all painted surface and other defects.
This issue arises back-to-back in every 3-month due to the rusted in base metal. Technical team suggested to change the door as this type of rust can't be prevented by just covering the rusted area. It will generated after a certain time, but the approval for replacing door is not provided from the technical approval team of spinny.

This will cause my vehicle rusty in after some time and I will have to face the consequences, without my fault.

Kindly help me out my vehicle is kept by spinny from 7th March 2024. I only need a permanent solution that it.

We have purchase datsun go T at April, with in one month car is giving trouble, we esclated to spinny coustumer care. we had given complaint on 14.05.23, but no one responding still the car ac is leaking and malfunction symbol indicates in display. still spinny coustmer services not responding regards my complaint

I have bought a car from Spinny 2022 April. Till today my RC is not transferred in my name. I have made more than 100 calls and every time they come up with lame excuses and false promises of solving it by next week. 9 months have gone never done anything yet. Could not renew my insurance without the RC. Car is laying eggs in the garage. Regretting buying from Spinny. So pathetic.
Could you help me get my RC at the earliest? Please Please
I am exhausted making calls and hearing false promises form Spinny.

HOW CAN IT BE SAID THAT THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED. MY RC IS YET TO BE RECEIVED. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED DOCUMENT FROM THEM.

IAM SERIOUSLY THINKING OF FILING AN FIR/LEGAL ACTION AGAINST SPINNY.

I have sold my car through spinny and got payment also. But inspite of several reminder and followup they are not transferring the vehicle from my name to new owner. My name is still appearing in RC. I have written several mail but no response. Pl suggest action to be taken . Car noUP16CV 6375

Car's central locking module and Indicator modules take off quoting these are reasons for battery draining issue.. its more that 4-months still i am waiting for those spares,
Note: Battery drain issue is present since the purchase of car from Spinny.
they identified the reason for that so early!! after 6months of complaint.
What does this 200 Point checking and Spinny Assurance MEAN!!!???

Hi Team,

I have purchased a car from Spinny and they have charged me for RC transfer.

I also have received my registration copy. But my problem is i am not able to get the pollution certificate because of following error.
"vehicle has multiple records in the rto (S) - Uttar Pradesh (Noida) & Karnataka (Yalahanka RTO). Please contact concerned rto (S)"

I have personally visited the Noida RTO and they have said that they have updated from their side.

But still the issue is not resolved. When i have paid Spinny for RC transfer then this should been taken care by them but they dont bother to help on this.
