I purchased a jersey from SportsHeap recently. It was delivered to me on 7th March, 2024.

One look at the product made me realise that Sportsheap is a SCAM!
It was a cheap, low quality product made of some sort of heavy synthetic fabric that irritates the skin. Forget about wearing it at games, it's itchy and hot to wear even in normal temperatures!
I paid Rs.1799.00 for this abysmal piece of garbage! It's not even worth Rs.299.00
The pictures uploaded in their product description page is far from the actual ones delivered.

So, naturally I tried to contact them. But the only contact number (WhatsApp) provided in their website does not exist anymore and the emails are sent to customers from a 'do not reply' email ID so that you won’t be able to write to them even if you wanted to.
Also, they do not reveal their address or location anywhere in their website.

In short, you won't be able to contact them in any way, whatsoever! Trust me, I’ve tried. I was unfortunate enough to buy from them once. Never again!

I ordered jersey but the size does not fit . I want to exchange my order to medium size. they are not replying . Please do the needful asap

I had placed an ordered for 2 Jerseys from Sportsheap earlier this month Aug 2021. And when the package arrived I only received one Jersey instead of two even though I have paid the full sum of it! I have tried contacting them but they won't pickup my calls nor are they responding to my messages. Extremely disappointed and I am appalled by their unprofessional attitude and treatment of customers.

I have ordered 2 shorts from sportsheap online website. My size didn't fit very well. So I have requested them to exchange and give me a large size. They are now telling that ship this order to their banglore address and we will then exchange this. So they are demanding almost 2 times shipping from my end and they have not mention anything terms or conditions about this shipping method on their online website. I want to lodge a complaint against them and I will take this in court also

On March 8th 2016, I ordered a jersey (Chelsea) and I got a success message in the website and after that there is no order history in the website. I am not notified or anything. There is no action from their side. Please refund the money!
