Spoton Courier Complaints & Reviews

Product is came from Rajasthan which I order through Amazon, status shows it is in near branch which is 100km Far away from my place, but they are not giving any accurate tracking details, they are playing like you will receive by today or tomorrow from past 1 week same answer, other courier services is on time they will deliver to my address correctly, But spot on service courier people says they couldn't find the address but they were not even trying to deliver the product they just keeping status daily like tried for delivery.

To madhupur my home
They have sent my consignment through this cheat spoton courier service
The consignment reached dhanbad rather than madhupur i don’t knw why
Then after so many days of calling and getting harassed by them and no proper response from them finally i came to knw that they have broken my furniture of rs 1lakh and still they are not accepting there mistake and arguing with us
And still the consignment hasn’t reached my home
Such a fraud courier service

This consignment from fdc ltd, but upto now not received yet, i was checking my consignment status in your site it shows "person is not available". How is it possible sir even their are not contact me and i was cancelled all programs because of to receive my consignment. I am waiting for that consignment last saturday upto 10:30 pm but not use, even not contact me.

3 lr's from spoton, remaining from others when i was got consignment from your spoton, your service staff demanding money from me, just i paid small amount. After second time he damaged more money, i said sorry i am not give, after then he trouble me like lately bring my consignment, at this time he totally trouble me and my consignment, he said to me bring your consignment i am not coming at home, your road not sufficient to drive, your is too bad, your road is too high, number of speed breakers, i am waiting here (1.5 km to my home) come and take otherwise returns to consignment".

Up to 3 times same person, same consignment, same address, he delivered my consignment. When i was stop and rejected giving money. He says not possible to bring at your home. Just i asked one questions to him how it possible last 3 times to delivery, why it is not possible at this time. Can you explain please, he answered" that time possible this time not possible, go and complaint (With careless talking) to any one, i don't care".. This is your spoton courier service.

Sir sent my road map pic all courier service delivered my consignment at my home safely, expect your spoton and your staff answered (Rudely).

I am nischith from tiptur i purchased lg 4k tv worth rs73000 in reliance digital on 25th in the store executive told me 48 h u'll get still the product is not received, i get courier tracking number from the store the courier name is spoton i call to customer care number they telling 72 h monday to today already 4 days ago what is the solution, i already drop a mail to spoton and cs head reliance but no use they are telling story's

Reliance store is very very good executive also give a good service they give discount also i am happy for that but courier service is not good
