I have bought sprite 2.25 ltr bottle, when I open it I could see that it's just water filled in it. The shop keeper is saying that he did not fill the water in it. There is no gas in it. When I'm returning it the shop keeper is saying he won't take any action as it's not done by him. The address is damaracherla, Nalgonda, Andra Pradesh, 508355. Could someone please take is this as complaint and take further action...

I was given complaint by mail as well as on your customer care 15 days ago regarding product Sprite cold drink to sprite company. I have still not got any response from them.
