We were made to struggle a lot to find out the seat what we have booked. We didn't find any response from the team sps from Dindigul to Bangalore.
The driver is having nill knowledge about the seat allotment.

I booked SPS travels through red bus. From Malumichampatti to Rajapalayam. The bus timing in Malumichampatti is 10.20 but the bus arrived there by 10.10 . We were waiting in the bus stop from 10.10. We called the bus driver and asked to stop . But he denied to wait even in the next stop itself.
Kindly take required action on the bus manager. And on the driver...

I would like to inform you that I booked the Ticket for Tuticorin to Coimbatore before one month. But today they called and informed that we will go to cancel the service on that day. So you try to book some other vehicle. In this Deepavali Festival time all buses are booked and full already.

But the SPS travels always doing the same thing every time. Last year deepavali time also did the same

I have booked the below tickets for my parents travelling from gobichettipalayam, tamil nadu to bangalore, karnataka on sps travels india for 4th may 2016. The bus was an hour late while reaching bangalore, when i called my parents it is said that the bus was stopped after hosur and the driver is no where seen.

To complain about this i have called the head office as below
