I placed a Clothing order of 9 units and received a wrong package, I thought it won't be a trouble as ExpressBees were doing the delivery. The delivery person clearly said that if I open the seal he won't be taking the item back, if I don't want it I should return it to him without opening it. But I wanted to open anyway as I read about the return policy option, in case I needed to.
I paid in cash and I am so disappointed.

In case anybody got their money back, kindly forward the procedure.

Sir I have order a dress of kurti and plazo from the site kurticart.in order id 5efb5c521bdf, amount paid 1349/- on 30/6/2020 . Cash free reference id[protected].payment confirm for balaji enterprises but company send me only message twice your order track here but getting no details. Kindly help to solve the issue deliver the dress of plazo kurti or return my money back

This company only sells, no support. Even when my product was under warranty, they didn't cover it. They only take them for service, do nothing and return it to customers. The t&c in the report says, any problem with battery again, customer must buy new one and the price for service will be deducted.in reality it's a scam and they overprice when they sell new batteries too. Customers stay away, the problem is no one reads these before buying, only after buying, u end up writing comments here..

Electric Chimney Stolen. I called[protected] that came up as official service providers for faber. They took Rs.500 and my Chimney for repair. Since then they have stopped answering my phone calls

I Ordered luminous Tubular Battery and UPS(Sine wave) on 31-AUG-2014. They delivered Square wave UPS instead of Sine wave UPS, when I informed to Mr.Arun he directed to Mr.Raj who said he will replace it. For so many calls they did not replace the UPS; Finally one day (29-OCT-2014) Mr.Raj said our service person carrying Square wave UPS to your home, but he did not came to my home. After that i am unable to reach him. Every call Mr.Arun giving some person name and phone number but nobody is picking phone while calling. So for no response and replacement is not done. Above mentioned enterprised is running in salem, chinnathirupathi, chandran gardens, but we have a doubt in his product originality and his reputation, because this company announced all consumer products like mobile phones, home appliances and groceries, they said they will offer it half price, but the condition is we have pay first and wait for a month to get deliver of applied product, so uneducated local peoples starded to book their need products, please verify this company if it is forgery pls take a severe action. This is a case of misinforming & cheating by a Sukam Dealer.



My previous inverter Stopped working, so On 14th September, 2013 I called one of your dealers - Sri Balaji Enterprises - Address BTM layout, Bangalore 560076



Their person visited our place and told me that my inverter machine (APC) was faulty and I will need to buy a new inverter. They sold me a Sukam Shiny 1500 VA inverter.



After Changing the inverter also, my inverter was not working still. Then I lost trust in that dealer.



Later, I called a different Sukam Dealer, They told that batteries are dead. So I purchase new Sukam Batteries from a Different Sukam Dealer and Found that My Old Inverter (APC) is working Fine with New Sukam Batteries. There was no need of new inverter.


So the 1st dealer - dealer Sri Balaji Enterprises - MisInformed Us & Sold an inverter.

We called them many times, After explaining this issue and more than 25 calls - they are not willing to refund me - for a mistake done by their end. (Their person had said my inverter is not working). Now they are neglecting and They are not taking my calls.

This is plain fraud. They are not taking calls because they know they are at wrong end.

I request you to look into this matter & get in touch with the dealer using such unethical methods

If This Issue is not handled by Sukam, and If I dont Get a refund within 1 week period, We will launch a Complaint in Consumer Court Of Bangalore.

Kindly look into this matter - This is a serious case of cheating the customer and selling your goods by fraudulent methods.

this company gives their job offer add in amar ujala newspaper.
this company has some addreses in karol bagh, near karol bagh metro station,shastri nagar,near cllasic sweets, near shastri metro station in delhi.

i think this is a fake company and does not exist anywhere.
