He just take a rest in junction platform
Doesn't plan before visit places...
Doesn't give rest and proper food at a time... Doesn't take a response
They provide worst and dirty place for stay... Waste of money......

Hi my parents went to badrinath kedarnath trip for 17 days via murugan travels.. No proper food and not even drinking water was given.. My parents were aged, senior citizen but the guide muthayaiah behaved very rude and harsh to them.. He used un parliamentary words.. We are paying, but they treating them as they come by free.. Non cooperative.. No safety... Pls dont send any o[censored]r parents via this travel.. Especially within this guide muthayaiah.....

My family planned and visited Shimla tour through Sri Murugan Travels, Vadapalani, Chennai. Our trip started on 4th May 2015, # THE FOOD SERVED BY THEM WAS VERY WORST NO HYGIENE, EVEN DOG WON ' T EAT. # FOOD WHICH IS NOT SERVED IN TIME. ,this year we planned to go to kashmir so we approached MURUGAN TRAVELS (vadapalani-chennai) they asked for 10500/-per head which includes travel, food and accommodation.but the travel agency dint keep up their promise, we suffered as worst as we can, they promised to give us 11 rooms where 3 in each room,...
