This is to inform you that Iam customer of your travels from tadepalli gudem to narasannapeta on 11 /04/2022 . First the driver is not informed regarding bus late by 1 and half hour . Actual time is 11 pm but bus came on 12:30 and when we asked for wash room to stop .he simply replied that I don’t know .we paying amount for travelling above 1100/ - but proper bed sheets is not provided . Dirty bed sheets and ac water poured on bed .this is condition of bus . They are not stopped for washrooms at certain places ( which are available ) . Again he replied rudely . The bus was useless but charges taking higher amount ...worst type of bed sheet provided .. bus no AP39 / 7555

Dear sir,
i have traveling from visakhapatanam to eluru on 10/01/2022. they have to drop me at eluru but they didnt called me and taken to vijayawada which was 60 km away from my droping point. when i was asking the driver and cleaner of the bus they are replying in very rude manner. they didnt even giving there agent number to talk to the situation. my journey details are as follow. please take necessary action. i want to file compliant on them.
