Hello as one of my family members received a Business loan of ₹200000 within one year we repaid nearly ₹300000 at what rate they are charging the interest and how it is working they are facing lot of financial issues due to this every month they should pay nearly ₹12000 as EMI if it gets bounced cheque then again extra amount including the charges like this they paid ₹100000 extra for one year how this can be done for people...

I bought bike loan from Sriram finance in Kattumannarkovil branch. I have completed the entire installment in nov 2017.but have not returned my RC book yet The rc book did not return for two years I have compalint many time in Sri Ram customer care

I have purchased lorry before 3 years, and i can't able to pay the loan back because my lorry affected in chennai flood 2015. So i surrendered. The 2 lorry last year.. Now again they are coming to my home and asking for lorry.. But i have surrendered the lorry. Now again they are threatening me to give the lorry back.. Really worst finance ever seen

These sriram finance is cheating company these is true, please don't trust it any one. I have taking one lakh loan and clear these loan in 2014, but these fraud company was teachers me in continuing let by these days,
I have taking business purpose loan of 1lakh rupees in 2012, I have clear these loan in 24 months, I have given totally cheque s to these company, and these company was clearly dear these cheque s but these fraud company saying your one cheque was pending, but I am saying total these. Cheque s was cleared, but these company was teachers me continued ly in 3 year and asking today your total pending 16000/- .I have already saying and showing bank statement but these fraud and cheating company was tarchered me, so please tell me what can I do suggest me.

I was forced to take a trade loan and later when I was not able to pay a month's due, they came home with Gundas and want to take away things from my office. They shouted rudely standing outside my office to show off in front of all my neighbours. They told so that I will pay them on time.
