COLLECTION CENTER CLOSED AND UNUSED MATERIAL RETURNED TO OTH LAB AS ADVISED, BUT REFUND NOT RECEIVED YET. MAIL SENT SO MANY TIMES AND LAST MAIL IS AS UNDER.

Dear sir
We were associated with SRL collection centre till 25.2.15 and one fine morning we were instructed to stop sending sample and i sent mail to Mr. Vir Vijay and Mr. Sandeep Vij to refund the secuirity deposit and on 10.3.15.we handed over the unused materials to local SRL lab to Mr. Bilal as per instrction of Mr. Vir Vijay and we sent the receiving acknowledgement of returned material.
KIndly arrange to refund the secuirity deposit with applicable interest at earliest and we are sending scan copy of receiving acknowledgement for ur ready reference.

Refund of security money may kindly send in favour of Bhanu Pratap Singh

Its been disappointment dealing with srl. Kudos to ur team o[censored]nprofessional, liars - booking, pick up, reporting, grievance.
21st marc i made booking for 3 o[censored]s (Me, wife and mother) sample to be collected on 22nd. Report by the end of the day was not correct as in report all the persons were having differnt age (God knows, from where you got those fiures). Next day my mother's post lunch sample was to be picked, i was informed pick up boy met with an accident and it will be picked next day only. It was been done, but i had to literally follow up with report and keep rescheduling my mother's appointment with doctor.
Anyways seeing my report, it was mentioned that urine sample was not given, but it was taken. I had to go personally on 24th and pick reports to your goregaon centre as they were not sending the same. During these 3 days torture period, i must have called up about 5 times to call centre and was assured for needful. Even goregaon centre dr kshma assured me same that it will be investigated and they will revert.

I am confused if our report are correct? As age were wrongly mentioned, in report they mentioned that urine sample not given? I feel problem is with data entry/ reporting chap who has done cut/ copy paste of some previous reports?? If that is the case where is the genuinety of test, that also when we have to pay srl more than others. No quality at all.

I am chronic itp and sle patient on medication, given sample on 20 jan at srl jalandhar for cbc and inr they say reports be ready by 4 pm once reached at 4 pm they say sorry wrong processing plz give sample again. And committed to send report on mail by 6 pm they mailed report of inr 2.3 and our doctor set the dose of medicine
Shocking thing happend as i went yesterday to get hard copy of reports as i need them for reimbursement
The report they given me showing inr of 1.2 i enquired they said it's your true report the report we mail u on 20 january 2018 is of wrong sample.. It's shocking that such a blunder is done with a attention to kill somebody by giving wrong and misleading report
As i got all my treatment on 20 january report and really affected my health and i gone through severe trauma and financial loss, it's gross negligence and i m seriously considering the authenticity of reports being provided by srl lab...
I need compensation for suffering huge financial losses and mental torture and agony..
Hoping necessary action be taken and provide justice to me.

I am Samrat, POSDEC CHG/28-03-12/8634/25ST3 money is debited from my account on 17/04/2012. Please take immediate action on this as I have not swiped my debit card anywhere so how the account got deducted. Please give the reason and retrieve the amount back to my account.
