I was travelling from Hyderabad to hubli but i had left my phone at my home and had requested the ticket checker to wait for 5-10 mins as my place was just 5 mins away from the stop but despite of continuous requesting he not only ignored my request but also spoke in a disrespectful manner as I’m a women with a baby of 1 year old. Rash driving

This is regarding rash driving SRS mini van
KA01 AG1277 he was drunk he pushed us through the pavement, when in circle we witnessed it he was about to hit us and the traffic controller at the circle he’s incapable of his duties and he said he’s duties end here and he won’t be of any help

They stopped at a place with in closing an water. Then Iasked them.to give bottle.water. this is my second complain in this regard. If in the next travel.I am.having such a situation, complaint will be given to appropriate authorities

Charged 300 Rs for luggage
Hello. Today my mother in law is traveling to Mysore from Pune. She was carry her luggage with tailor machine. Now SRS Wakad office has charged me 300 Rs for extra luggage. I don't understand why need to pay extra amount for just tailor machine and that also managed within our seat.

Hi,
It is a srs transportation for whom we gave 4 packages to transport from bangalore to karwar which shipment is lost.
Lr no is: 1/232434
Srs people are so rude while talking, they dont even have the details about our product asking us to check with multiple places.
Stating that your product have not even moved from bangalore, if this is the case why they have given us the lr no.
Why the bill has generated to transport?
I want serious action to be taken against khalayaspalya brand market bangalore team for guiding us wrongly.
Its worth 30k product.
Kindly find the attachment of lr copy.

cancellation fee not refunded

I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 27th of october (Ticket number (Tin): tmbq61601302 from bangalore to dharwad for dated 5th of november 2018. That ticket amount was 2730/- rs. And cancelled it on 2nd of november 2018
But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days. Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please respond as soon as possible.

Today at 4.30 pm i went to the ticket counter & asked for 3 ticket of sonu key titu ki sweety they told me 1 executive ticket will cost me 210rs i asked them why they told me it is wd drinks. I asked them i don't want d coupon i only want d tickets. They told me to book online they not provide me the tickets at 150rs which is the cost of d ticket when i asked them that do u have any notice written can u show it to me they told me it was d order from there management. I just want a clarification. Who is up selling the tickets weather the manager or the company. I am sending d pictures of person wd whome i'd had the conversion. I was not allowed to talk to anyone in the management.

Travel to Bangalore to Nagercoil ticket closed due non compliance of travels

Dear Team
I have been booked the tickets from lokapur to Bangalore and Bangalore to Nagarcoil. Both tickets books from SRS Travels.
Lokapur to Bangalore actual dept time is 0800hrs but vehicle was came 0845hrs and reached to Bangalore yaswanth Nager at 0745 actual is 0615 for kalasipalayam. Due to this delayed I was missed the bus from Bangalore to Nagarcoil. My plan was totally collapsed and I have been lost 1431rs tickets rate and another traveling expenses is around 2000rs. My work also destroyed due to this activity. Pls do the needful.
Note: No response from srs desk also who was maintaining at kalasipalayam. They are called me after 0730. And they told bus was dispatched. I was so disappointed on. I always used red bus for ticket booking. Kindly do the favour for me

Bus Travel Fare

Hi ,
SRS Bus service is servicing from Bangalore to Kanyakumari and the circumstance. They charge usually around 700 for the travel at normal days. But in the festival time they are charging doubled with the normal one. Even though the bus quality is not fair enough to pay 700. This is odd. Government should concern about this fare and stop their services and all.

misbehaviour by srs employee at sector-21C faridabad outlet
Sir,
With much regret, I want to bring to your kind notice that I have gone for shopping at your sector- 21C , faridabad outlet on dt.-09/12/09 at 07.15PM and bought groceries amounting to Rs.630/- only, paid and while coming out, the guard checked and punched my bill no. T111/00058243, dt.- 09/12/09, then an your employ naming probably akash shukla (replied, when I asked), he has six fingrs in one hand, shouted at my wife that she has stolen a pista packet, 200gm ,then I interrupted and showed him the bill and said that I have already paid for it, but he insisted and checked my wife’s handbag and her jacket’s pocket but found nothing. Inspite of all his behaviour, he has not felt sorry. All this incident in public has made us ashamed and decided that we will not go to any srs outlet and ask our friends and colleagues to do the same as srs value bazaar is completely lacking in Indian Values and their selfesteem is at stake on entering in any srs outlet.
Further, I want to know from the srs management , what action action has been taken on that misbehaving employ.
In case, if not any action is taken on that misbehaving chap, I am going to paste the notice on our company’s intranet about the misbehaviour of srs and request to all our colleagues to avoid srs if they want their selfpride and selfrespect to be intact.

yes we also have family it could happen to us also this type of action is really horrendous that employee with 6 fingers should be terminated w.i.e. i will go to src and take a lot of things and in the end on the cash counter would say oh i forget this is the same place where the customers are teased i wont take anything from there and tell each and every friend of mine also..

not recieving pan card

i have yet not recieved my pan card which was delivered on 07-Jan-2009 by first flight couriers Pvt. Ltd vide airway bill no.ZB7513359, at communication address
i request you to tell me the communication address where i personally collect my pan card becouse few days back suddenly some one call me and ask me that your courier is dielevered and we didn't find your address i tell him the address after that they did't even responded
i make the call so many times on that no. but they tell me that boy is going outside
i request u again to give me the informtion about my pan card as soon as possible

I had made an FD in SRS limited and it has been mature and the cheque which was send with FD recit has been return as fund in sufficient and I am calling to company but now one is receiving call I had invested 30000 so please refund my FD amount
