We made a special appointment with Dr. Chaithra at St.johns medical college hospital Bangalore today (19/01/2023) for my son.( He have breathing problems for 3 months and consult with another doctor and did every test according to his opinion he told us to do an emergency surgery because 95% of the blockage). we showed all the previous records and tried to explain every issue related to the child, unfortunately, she is not willing to take...

Dialysis Unit Issue/Political
We are doing dialysis for my father at st John's hospital and it was emergency bcz he was unable to breath and when we went to dialysis unit they are telling to wait. They are not understanding the situation of patients and making them to wait hours and hours. They call their favourite persons inside and don't call people inside for dialysis

This hospital extracting money from on line consultation and don't provide service, E, g i have an appointment with DR. Manohari Shroff, for my autistic daughter and they did call giving a lame excuse that i don't know how to operate app. This is gross mismanagement and chaotic behavior. Its management is worse that Govt. Hospital....

I took an appointment to Dr.V srinivas ENT in st.johns hospital hospital on 05.10.21 morning session but what the doctor do ? He was busy in gossip with the female staff after calling me inside...he paid no attention to my patient ...just without any treatment he suggested me to go for sugery..
was it a special consultation ???? was it a treatment ?...

Exorbitant parking fees

The vehicle parking charges are exorbitant. I believe, govt/ officials should take a look at it. There should be restrictions and they can;t charge whatever they want. It is 40 rs for initial 2 hours and 15 rs every additional hour then on - for 4 wheelers. Even big shopping complexes and commercial establishments are not charging this high amount. Totally unethical.

The hospital have contracted the parking services to HKS parking services who is been charging lumpsum to the public.. this has to be brought to notice and some action has to be taken.
The doctors consultation itself will be at 150 however the parking is costlier than the consultation..
Beware of parking at St John's hospital
I have also attached the parking receipt and the HKS parking charge sheet..
