I'm living at this place more than a year now, in a double sharing non-AC room. Just before I joined, the electricity bill was included in the rent itself. For me, initially the electricity bill used to come around 400-500. Since January, 2024, my bill is coming near 1000. And limits are crossed this time. I renewed my contract from 21st July. The bill from 21st - 31st July has been 700. And for this month (1st - 31st Aug), the bill is around 1500. This is a big damn joke. Most of the time I'm in office, even in the room we just have lights & fan, with that the ideal bill should be around 200-250 per person maximum that too because I'm including common area charges also. And there's no organized way to distribute electricity bill. Some people get 300, some like me get 1500, some maybe even more. There are no meters for every room, it's just purely random, making no sense at all. When you ask the RC, they say they'll subtract the bill, but it never happens, the bill stays. It's all [censored]. Tired of this bill scam.

Security Deposit was taken for staying in Volos House Stanza Living PG, Kengeri, Banglore.

It has been more than 10 days after vacating PG still they are refusing to pay a Security deposit.

They keep telling me they cannot pay back the security deposit and complicate procedures for residents.

Would want a fair resolution and do proper refund
