Horrible experience. Almost one year still my package not delivered. They charge you less but they will take your package and sell the items and earn money. May be it will cost you extra money if you choose other cargo but your package will be safe. Don’t go with star cargo Singapore. Even if you trying call also they are not responding.

Anyone let me know how to deal legally

We moved our house hold items (14 boxes) on june 15th from singapore to bangalore through shipping. They took more than 60 days to deliver items and few of the items are missing and few of the items were in broken condition.

Some of the items (4 items) got delivered after 60 days.. And 7 items got delivered at the later date... And stll waiting for 4 items to be delivered

There are still more items pending (4...
