Today, my vehicle no. RJ23GB4107 TATA 407 Pikup crossed Dadiya toll plaza at 17:11:35. The toll persons charged Rs. 255 for single journey instead of Rs. 170.
The gross vehicle weight is 4650 kg and payload capacity is 2267 kg. Please reverse this difference amount Rs. 85 in my PAYTM/GPAY/PHONEPE No. [protected] immediately.

Sir Bhuma tool plaza manager behave as a doon. He simply deny to talk with NHAI 1033 care personal on phone. Not giving senior number and not even listening. I try to show examption letter but he is not interested. He only said without tool payment your vehicle not pass tool plaza. Sir I'm crossing 3 tool plaza in rajasthan other tool plaza personal are very cooperative.
I am serving personal of Indian Air force .
Sir please take corrective action that perason who is incharge of Bhuma tool plaza. My contact no [protected].

Sir i am Abhishek Singh Rathore ... I am serving in capf BSF at post of Sub Inspector. I was moving to cultural heritage city Salasar and returned by the same road. The toll plaza at SH 60 named as Spc infrastructure pvt Ltd. Nagaur Mukungarh under Devrathi Toll charged me Rs 60 +60=120 even being told and explained by me that I'm capf personnel. His way of talking was also not at all likeable. Supervisor told that toll is only exempted for army not for capf. On asking for order received regarding this he didn't show anything and talked in arrogant way and even insulted my image. I don't want my money refund but please take legal action against the toll manager and why he is treating capf personnel like this. Are we serving nation to hear absurd like this?

1.Sir, I was charged toll tax RS-45 on BALARAN Toll plaza sikar although being a defence personal on 09 May 2022. As per NHAI policy letter no-NHAI/11013/IT/HO/2017 dated- 06 Dec 2017 the defence personal completely exempted from toll tax .
I have also registered a written complaint at the Toll plaza in complaint book serial no. 01. The behaviour of the person working at the toll was not acceptable and at all expected.

But there were no roads and many more road pits such like a no roads there and my car chamber out cost of 50000 rupees but they charged toll plaza rs -50 rs sooo plz carry to make the new road

1.Sir i charged toll tax RS-35 on dadiya toll plaza sikar being a defence personal on 22 Dec 2019.As per NHAI policy letter no-NHAI/11013/IT/HO/2017 dated- 06 Dec 2017 the defence personal completely exempted from toll tax .This policy letter also mentions that due respect inculding a salute to be given to the forces as deemed fit as they deserve it.But the behavior of toll plaza personal very rude they do not have the sense of talking. br...
