damage furniture

Hello,
We have purchased furnitue from steelco furniture on 13th oct 2020
In which 1 chair (Hydraulic not working) and 2 table top was damage and computer wire hole and nobs in table tops where missing.
After complaining for more then 7 times there are not replacing chair and tops.
Now they are saying we cant say actual time when we can change.
Its 3 months please help us to change the furniture or refund...

Delivering Defective Sofa

This is complaining against product and service, which I have taken last year from STEELCO FURNITURE, 18 Poddar Court, Rabindra Sarani, Kolkata GPO Kol-700001 and on delivery they delivered defective sofa set on 26th June 2012. Leather of sofa was torn and there was also defect in cushions. I have complained about the same to the dealer (Mr. Nawal Jhawar) and he said that he will repair it soon but there is no response till date and when...

poor service and product

This is complaining against product and service, which I have taken last year from STEELCO furniture, 26 shakespeare sarani, kolkata 17. I have taken one dining table six setter model no. DE 215/201B at the rate of Rs. 15500 purchase date was 7 June 2008. They have given 1 year warranty period. It is my bad luck the one leg of the table was come out from the dining table just after the warranty period. Any way I have to bear the repair cost...
