We have purchased 2 teak trees with

Application no: r 124417 and r 124418

Purchase date: 19/06/1996
Marturity date: 18/06/2016

This company is registered under the companies act 1956 in india. We had not still received interim returns of company of 6th and 12 year which due to us. We had searched chennai's registered office and head office and also mumbai address but still all the offices had been shifted but their later address not known. It is huge loss to middle class family and we are residing in andaman & nicobar address.

I had purchased Teak Equity for 15 Nos. of teak tree & paid a sum of Rs. 22125/-, on 30/6/93 and its maturity date is 25/06/1994 with assured mid term & maturity payments. However neither has any mid term payment been made nor has there been any communication from the company. They have not spoken about any land to be given at the time of maturity, declared in the certificate.

I expect a note from the company giving details of the current status along with the interim payments promised at the end of the 6th and 12th year & 20th year.
