On the 15/06/2023 We went to sterns acornhoek mall, on the que with other customers firstly the ladies that work opened the store 9:15. When we got inside the store we were told all the R200 watches were out of stock only 2 R100 watches were left. To our suprise two ladies who work in the mall came in and they were given watches from the shelves which costs R200. 00 each. When we complain the lady responded that we can't do anything to her...

So I received a gold chain in December 2022 as a gift, not even had the chain on twice and the clip at the back broke, not my fault as I am a very careful individual, when I took it back to the store, I was told it was not a manufacturing fault and received a quotation of R1200 and odd to fix it, not a very happy customer and will not leave this matter here.

We visited Sterns Irene on Saturday the 3rd of March. I have been hesitant in getting my daughters ears pierced for a very long time. Eventually on 20 months I decided to do it.
