Its since 1 month i have purchased usha janome stitch magic machine and im continuosly requesting for a demo man but the company is taking very light they dont even care for customer for first call they said wait for 96hrs our demo man vl visit
Then calling after 1 week they said wait for 24hrs and continuosly same reparting and i have wasted my 15890 rupees buying this machinee no demo nothing better i would have go for singer or...

Had ordered an usha janome sewing machine through amazon which had free home demo. Have been trying to reach the usha customer care with no luck for 10 days and then somehow got to talk to the executive who took complaint & assured a demo in 2 days. It has been 15 days and there has been no communication or free demo. The customer care does not responds and the executives are very amateur to handle customers....

there is lot of problem in my m/c since june these year. i contact to my dealer on dtd 30 september 07 , there he put my m/c for approx 1 month. in the meantime i was transferred to RGPPL MAHARASTRA( CHIPLUN).my dealer retuned my m/c when my household item is...
