Please Help me Because I was getting a number of calls from STM company and they Said to register for filling the 1500 forms later they gave 10 days time and now they was saying I did a mistake and I have to pay penalty for that and they told to pay 12, 500 and I paid that and after 2 hours they called me and said to pay 17, 540 rupees to cancel the agreement and I paid that and after one day they was saying to pay 35, 000 for the clearance charges of the court so I was rejecting the calls of them and now they sent msg that the sectional charges has been taken on me So please help me

Was looking for part time job on clickindia.com app. Yesterday (15/06/2019) i got an unknown phone call from male executive (Karan kumar) (No. [protected]) for part time online form filling job for stm services, he gave me reference of clickindia.com.
Work profile 1500 forms in 10 days with 90%accuracy and salary would be rs 30, 000 i. E. Rs 20 per form. He asked for my id proof email id alternate contact no. Through whatsapp no.[protected] and said i need to register through app.
Few minutes later i received mail from ankit mehta ([protected]@gmail.com) with two attached pdf files, one of sample work and the other of stm company.
He sent the app link on my whatsapp no. After downloading the app executive called and said to upload signature and photo through app. Few minutes later i received another mail and this time from agreement department ([protected]@gmail.com). I was literally shocked!!! It contained contract agreement with stm company with my photo and signature on it without my knowledge and approval.
I realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam. I did some research on internet and found many complaints against the company. Also the address mentioned happens to be address of many other companies such as frontech etc.

Within 10 days i submittted the task and on 5/07/2019 on the portal, its showing 203 form as wrong. When i verify the form that not hving any space between the words which i filled but they had mentioned as there shouls be space. Also for same words they had mentioned its incorrect and telling to check the ascii code that is given in the qc report. When i complained on the given helpline number and drop the mail of helpline they mentioned there should be space in the word and check the acsii code given in the qc report.

Also today morning (08/07/2019) i got one mail from sourab shah as i am advocate and going to filed a case againet you if you will not make the payment of rs 4500.00 till 1.00 pm and also called many time to pressurize to pay other wise you will be in big trouble.

I found many complaints against frontech also. I was now sure that this company is fraud.
Today i contacted helpline numbers [[protected]/[protected]] in order to check the filled form but they told you need to contact with legal department. Female executive responded that i need to pay rs. 4500/- and contact helpline email id - [protected]@gmail.com.
I have sent the email for issue but so far no update from company's side.
Please help me in this situation.
Hope my complaint gets resolved as soon as possible.
Also strict action should be taken against such fraudulent companies.

Hello sir, i am hitesh patiidar.. I received a home based job call from quicker. The stm company which provides form filling job. One man from their company called me for the job and he said there will be 1500 forms filling in 10 days nd said will give 30000 after submission by deducting 4500 as a registration fees. Also they send me fake agreement letter and acceptance letter.
After cocompletion of work i submitted my work on 5th july 2019 but they mailed me that your quality report failed and i have to pay penalty regarding that and after that i got a call from person nd he said u were unable to pay penalty so we are going to file a case against you... And saying that see u in a court and #.. And i was jst doing job to earn movie... I'm not able to pay penalty so pls sir help me

I had done work but they asked money 4500 as regestration fees if get failed in work but noe thy changed the agreement as 11month agreement and asking to pay 60000, but it was only 10 days agreeement when i saw it ang signed now they chaged i had also paid 30000 but they asking more in the name of police court please help me the advocate name a is as

STM company is threatening me in the name of failure to achieve accuracy of my assignment where I have checked twice very well before submitting and there was no mistake before but after qc report they show so many mistakes which looks like they did it on purpose to demand money, and now they are threatening me asking money for name of company lose please help me, take legal action against STM company Aurangabad Maharashtra. They are saying that they will case on me if I don't pay the amount of which they said 15500, later 12500 and if I can't last they said atleast 10500 otherwise they will case. Please help me

She asked for my id proof on email id alternate contact no.number and said i need to register through app.
Few minutes later i received mail from agreement software with one attached pdf file in which they provide me a link of agreement software apk. After downloading the app executive message me and said to type your name on signature coloum. Few minutes later i received another mail and this time from confirmation department. I was literally shocked!!! It contained contract agreement with stm company with my signature on it without my knowledge and approval. Then after some time i realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam. I did some research on internet and found many complaints against the company. then 3/7/2019 i call back to company and say that i dont work for compnay but he say work done must. plz help what i do

Applied for some work from home data entry jobs on quickr. Same day i started getting calls for such job offers. The name of the company was stm and they offered me a job of filling 1500 forms for 20 rs each i. E. A total of rs 30000/- in 10 days. They said that if i fail to get an accuracy less that 90%, then i'll not get any salary and i'll have to pay a registration amount of rs 4500. After i completed the work and submitted it, a qc report was generated which indicated that my accuracy in the work was less than 90%.they made an agreement with me without telling me about full details of agreement .Now i want to cancel my registration they want money from me for cancellation.

They send me id and password.. The id not open.. I contact help line number that number not exit. And i mailed that company that company reply contact our legal advisor.. The next day one person called he is legal advisor u didn't finish the work u pay the penalty 15000.. Until u didn't pay we are filing a case against u.. This stm company one day call me and told me this is online form filling jobs 1500form in 10day are you interested so pls send me your adhar card copy live photo and sign i send this. After one hour
Company send me mail i show this is agreement of stm company. I was shocked because company not told me any agreement. I call this company next day and i tell my dadi in serious condition i cant star work. Ya no problem pls you send cancelation note compnies mail id. I send the cancelation note. Next day mail me pls pay the money for your agreement cancelation 4500/- i ignore this mail. After 15day means today mail me stm companies advocate pls pay money for agreement cancelatio if you not pay the money company legal action for you. I am not any reply. But sir pls help me this situation i handeled.

Hello, I have joined this company called STM (324, Galaxy Emperia,
Warud road, Aurangabad, maharashra 431005) which did not ask for initial payment but will charge me 4, 500Rs after filling 1500 forms in 10 days, if the work is completed with 90% accuracy . I did not only complete the job in given time but I have finished with perfect accuracy. And once the 10 days completed I submitted the PDF form to them, But in the workload, it shows I made more than 200 mistakes. I rechecked again and I found there were many spaces added in the each records which I did not add at all. And noticable point is that there were more than 150 forms which were accurate.

When I contacted the Helpline they said that "You have to contact legal department and must pay 4, 500 Rs". When I ask too many questions, they disconnected my call.
They not only take my time but they demand a 4, 500 Rs for not completing, which is complete criminal activity. Please catch this cheating company who sucks innocent people's time and money.
Let me also provide you image samples of the correct forms which they marked as wrong.

Within an hour, i get a call from some advocate saying that he has received a file from stm company filing a complaint against me and if i don't want them to proceed this case i'll have to pay an amount of rs 7550/- before 12.00 pm the same day. And since then they've been calling and messaging again and again to blackmail, because they have an agreement with my signature on it (Which they took by cheating like they took from other people). What should i do?

Sir company provides me same information as the other people, and cheat me. I filled all forms correctly but the company says that your quality check report is fail and said to me to pay penalty fees. My all forms are filled correctly and their have no error bur company show me that their have space mistake but in all forms i give only one space but company show space mistake, sir company cheat me so take immediate action against company.

A woman named zoya khan from aurangabad, maharashtra made a phone call with me for the job. Then she sent a link and asked to download the app nd to send adhar card pic, email id and alternative mobile number to her through a whatsapp no.
After that the fake company stm made a fake agreement on my name. Company asked me to fill 1500 forms within 10 days with 90% accuracy. If i breach the agreement the company will file a court case against me.

I got work on 18.6.19 and i submit the work on 27. 6. 19. But they didnt send the quality check report and i called them on 1.7. 19. Suddenly i got a call from legal department [protected]. They threaten me that they will register a case against me or otherwise i wanna to pay 12500 rs within 5 mins or the double amount 45000 ra after 5 mins. They threatens me soo much. They told me that they register a case against me. Pls help me in this case.
This is really a online fraud.

Sir, i searched part time job in quikr. I got a call 22/06/2019. They asked my aadhar image for joining part time job of filling 1500 forms in 10 days. I send photos through whatsapp. Suddenly they send software to download. I downloaded it asked my signature. I asked them why can i need to sign. They told that to begin job before you need to write name. Then i put my name... Then after i got shocked when i see my mail id... They prepared agreement without my knowledge for 11 month. I told them to cancel but they didn't they asks money to cancel... What can i do... Please help me to solve this problem.

I was searching for a work from home job and logged in to some job portal and I got a call from STM company's Tanvi Naik. Then she mailed me some sample work and a link of an app to install. Then I installed the app. She said me to write my name there. And mail me my photo ID. Without my knowledge they made an agreement having my sign and location traced by their app. Then they sent me login ID and password and some work of 1500 form filling. After that I searched over internet about the company. I found so many complaints and I refused them to do their work. And today I got a call from their advocate that he'll send me leageal notice if I'm not paying 4500/- rs fine for not completing the work in 10 days. So help me with this.

I got call from stm to work with them and then i agree to work after that i searched for that company i found it doesn't exist. So, i refused to work nd then after a week i again got call and they were saying you didn't completed there work even they didn't provided me any work. And they saying you have to pay for their losses and then i refused to pay they said they take legal action and also uses abusing words to me.

One fraud named karan kumar offers me stm job in 15/06/19. After not wanting to do the job. He lies me that i do the job in mobile also. My laptop condition is not good. When i faced problem in doing the job in mobile then i said them. But they don't help me but wants 4500 for not able to doing the job. Help me from this fraud. I heard they don't pay money after completing the job. But wants money from the candidates. They make agreement for doing job in 10 days. I am victim of scam regarding job of axis bank and lost my money for trusting them. If i again lost any money by anyone. Here is his number [protected].
