I ordered 3 pair of flats I got 2 flat that to 2 nd copy.. instead of sss logo stalk logo is on 2 pair of flat..1 flat I didn't get till now. 2 flats delivered which is second copy that one is totally different from the picture which was updated in site

I bought 2 footwear from this site with cash on delivery. When i recieved the products, they were not exactly the same as shown earlier and one of them was also loose. So i requested a return and refund. But they are not responding and their consumer number is forever busy.

I ordered Ravishing in red peplum top from street style stalk I was unhappy with the product quality. As per their return policy, I'm eligible for a return or replacement but they are not responding to my return request. The website and mobile app are of no use.
Kindly update me on the same.

I have ordered this belly and after receiving that there is a size mismatch but after much follow up I was able to receive the correct belly however when I wear it the quality of product is so bad so bad that I will not even pay 100rs for the same and I have paid 550

I've already raise a query regarding the issue bearing ticket number 100291.

I placed an order of three items on 9th June out of which 2 were delivered to me on 6th July. However, I did not like the product, (quality and fitting issues) which I'm unable to return since the status has not been updated in the app.
Lately I decided to cancel the order lot in the app as I couldn't find a better option to raise the issue.
I have also reached out to them over email.necesarry steps and resolution was not provided by the agency.
Please look into the matter as the products are not satisfactory and I'm unable to even reach them

I had ordered a pair of golden flats on 14th of march 2020 from stteetstyle stalk site and i have still not got my refund, it is afake site i have called them sooo many times but they are not responding. I have only 1 option left now which i will do im filing a police complaint against them such cheaters they are disgusting. Delivery boy came on 24th feb 2020 morning to recollect the shirt and as per mail from street style stalk the refund amount will be initiated within 4-7 working days but still i have not received mail. After long followup still they are saying refund amount will be initiated within 2-4 working days which is highly unacceptable. Kindly help me on the same issue

Dear team, my order no is 359022, i ordered 3 paids for inr 1600 and paid cash on delivery but there was a sizing issue and hence returned the shoes back, i rcvd an email that the credit will be issued in 7-10 days and after following up for 3 weeks they have said its now not refundable.

I my email i did send them my bank account details to process the refunds for which they agreed.

My order number is 365646. After receiving my order, I placed a refund request for the order because of size mismatch. After 2 days of placing request, courier guy came n took the parcel back and handed me over the receipt. Also, I got a mail from their email id that they have initiated refund request and within 7-8 days it will be transferred to my bank account. After 8 days, when I did not get the money back, I again sent many mails but no one responded, . I tried one number that I got on their fb page, the customer care girl just said that within 2-3 working says you will get the refund. I again waited for 4 days stilll I did not get any refund or any answer from. Them.

They are the biggest cheaters and frauds.

I don't like any footwear so i have placed return request which is successfully done by courier boy on 2nd feb. As per return policy there are 7 days waiting period to get the refund. My name is himanshi tyagi, i had ordered a 3 pairs of footwear from street style stalk on 12 th of oct 2019 for a total price of rs 1098 (Order no - 292260). These were delivered on 14th of oct. I am not satisfied the size and want to return it. But the order status in the site is not updated properly and hence i am not able to place a return request. As the return needs to be initiated within 7 days of delivery, i want this issue to be resolved asap so that i can raise a return request and get my money back.

I have even emailed their support team regarding the same to which i received a reply stating that i can only reply to them in next 24 hrs after which they wont accept the return request. Which is still very much under their original 7 day policy.

I am raising a complaint here as not treating customers fairly when they have any issues. As a result my money is stuck with them. Please help.

My payment got stuck. I entered my card details and proceeded towards payment. The page blanked out and i couldn't complete my payment or maybe it's stuck. I ordered a pair of black sandals. I have provided you with a screenshot of what happened after it said my transaction is being processed. I'm afraid it might deduct money from my bank as i already entered the card details lest i need an otp to complete the transaction. I hope that the issue is resolved as fast as possible and that my money is secured.

Very bad experience really very bad street style stalk sale very bad products.
I had purchased 3 footwear from street style stalk one of them get damaged in first use they i mail for return they said ok we take refund then they denied from there word. They are saying that we can't take return or replace. Then i asked for my money back they told we are giving voucher so i can use that in my next shopping with them, but i dont want to do shopping again with them bcz the product are very bad and service also and street style stalk employees also they treat customer very bad with worng commitment. Then i asked for my money back in my account then they say ok will refund in your account so share account detail with us then i share my account detail then dinayed again. They start saying that they can't return my money back inr 333 in my account.

I had ordered for 3 pairs of footwear's from your website on 17th july'19 and have received the order on friday 26th july'19. I was not satisfied with the products and wanted to get a replacement/return of the same. But there is no return/replacement option enabled in the application. I have recently bought 2 pairs of flats from "Street Style Stalk Store", the product received is too tight & I am unable to return it as it is showing "Payment Pending" in-spite the payment is already been completed.

The product quality was okay & the size is not the issue, but since its very tight due to fittings I would be unable to wear it.

I need my money back & I don't need these shoes that don't even fit & will definitely hurt my feet.

How do I proceed for the same ?

This is regarding the payment of my last order. I tried two times. For the first time, i made it through debit card and then it showed that payment was denied. Then i ordered through cash on delivery method.

But as of now, my bank account has been deducted by the amount inr 898 already.

But as per the norms you can not apply for refund unless payment is confirmed on the site. They are not confirming the payment and hence not proceeding the return process. As you must be knowing there is a limit to apply for refund or return and here it is of 7 days. It has been almost a week and they are norlt replying me at all. I just want my refund or credit amount whatever their policy is and this is why i want to make a complaint against them. Please help me. They have my money and they are not responding.

I ordered a shoe and got the product in 4-5 days. However, the size of the shoe is small and also the product is not good as it looked. Cheap quality and bad shape in real. I am unable to get in touch with their customer service as no one responds to the number. Also, i have been writing multiple e-mails but no response for the product refund they cheat customers. I do not how to get my money back. They are thieves and not to be trusted at all.

My issue has still not been addressed. And they have my refund money and they don't update me with real bank statements of my refund yet. And they keep saying that they have initiated the refund but my bank hasn't reflected any refund from them in last 6 months. I need to get my money back. This is a fake site and they dupe people. I had placed my order for a single outfit since 15th aug 2017. And the date today is 25th september 2017. The site promises to deliver the peoduct between 7-21 days. Even after 21 days all i get to hear is that the product is under production. I want to know whether it takes 42 days to produce an outfit.

Secondly, they also say that size small is not available but when i asked them whether the medium size is available, they do not have that either. Although when i check their site, the same product seems to be in stock.

Why does the site show availability of the stock that is not at all available with them.
