I bought 2 footwear from this site with cash on delivery. When i recieved the products, they were not exactly the same as shown earlier and one of them was also loose. So i requested a return and refund. But they are not responding and their consumer number is forever busy....

I ordered Ravishing in red peplum top from street style stalk I was unhappy with the product quality. As per their return policy, I'm eligible for a return or replacement but they are not responding to my return request. The website and mobile app are of no use.
