I had ordered a kurta but it came with holes so i decided to exchange it. I had even called them about the exchange they said it will be shipped and stuff. I still haven't received my exchange it's been almost a month now. Whenever I track the order it says it's not shipped. It's a shady brand do not buy from them....

They uave received the product back but haven't refunded yet its been more than 15 days...

I have placed a return for an order, it has also been picked up but no refund has been initiated yet. No further updates are being shown nor there is any proper medium of conversation. Look into this matter as soon as possible....
