Most humbly, my name is Abheepsa Chatterjee, a student and I write this letter to lodge a complaint regarding being cheated.
I had given an amount of Rs. 300000/- to Dipanjan Nag, director / owner and Priyashmita Roy, managing director of STUDY JUNCTION – admission consultant in Kolkata, whose office address is MB TOWER, 299, Barakhola, Mukundapur, Kolkata, West Bengal 700099 .
I qualified for the BSc Nursing Admission in the Jenpas 2021 exam. He took 3 lakh rupees from me step by step from September 2021 to December 2021 with the promise that he would get me admission in any private nursing college.
Since he is an education consultant, I have no doubt or trust him.
But he couldn't do that and I talked about refunding my money.
I borrowed money from outside, money from my “Kanyashree” grant and also my scholarship amount and gave it to him.

Already in the 3rd process of online counselling process I get the opportunity to be admitted directly in Apollo College of Nursing. But after repeated reminders he did not refund my money and I was denied admission to Apollo Hospital due to lack of money.
Till date, I have not received the amount back which is now becoming a matter of concern for me.
I hope that state government should take immediate legal action against those criminals. I am requesting students to be aware before taking admission in those company.
