I have ordered a dress on 7th of september and the amount is been prepaid and no one is now responding to the calls, emails and msgs !!!
It"s been since 2 months i an waiting for the order and continuously contacting them but no one is responding!!!

plz register this complaint against them ASAP!!!

I placed an order on 19th October, 2021. They delivered it on 5th November 2021, after saying it was a 3 day delivery.
The order was not of a good quality and they gave me the wrong size. I selected COD.
Also, there is no option of return on their website. The order status still says Payment pending, even though I paid the full amount in cash.
They are not responding via email/call/WhatsApp.

I have ordered a product from styched on 7th October but still there is no update from them on my product which is pre paid. I have tried reaching out to them over emails and calls but nobody cares to respond. Very very disappointed with their service

Ordered a cargo pants on 2nd Oct, 2021 but the same is not delivered nor any status is updated on app.

I had ordered from styched on September 27. I haven’t received it till now and also the status of the order hasn’t changed from failed/pending/cancelled. I tried contacting them twice via email and got no response. Very disappointed with the customer service of this company. It feels like this is a scam company.

We had ordered on 6th September 2021 order no ( APP15015 ). I believe the escalation email which you have provided is for esclation. Escalation basically means an increase in the intensity or seriousness of a specific matter. There is a reason why I am writing an email to you. I can understand you guys are not able to deliver my product on time but at least be a bit professional to reply back to my email. Atleast acknowledge it. this is a very bad impression of your business. Don't keep your customers in dark. Please have clarity of things.

I ordered a black top .order no.-APP20819.
The material is of worst quality. The fit is worst and the quality is too poor. I want to return it but they are not replying to any of my mails or messages plus there is no option of return or refund

I ordered a dress from this company and received a wrong product. The company then asked me to return the product which I did by paying the courier charges. However they still haven’t refunded my money. Now they have switched off their phone. Company seems like a scam

I paid for the order number APP15767 but there has been zero response from the company's end. I tried connecting with them in several ways. Emailed them 3 times over last 2 weeks. Even tried connecting with them over social media. But still there has been no response from them.

After a wait of 2 months, my order is still too reach me.. Have sent innumerable emails, messages but there has been absolutely no response from their side.
seems like a scam to me now!

I ordered shirt from them .. and it’s soooo bad and such a bad fit .. not at all what they show in pics .. and since then I have been trying to get in touch with them to return it .. first of all they hardly take your calls and then ask u to mail.. I mailed and no one ever responds .. I called again and after kept trying for quite sometime got through and they just ask u to mail saying concerned team will revert … no one ever responds to their mails .. and m sure if it was prepaid order they wouldn’t even have bothered to send it …. Worst customer care .. worst site to shop ….. don’t even think of ordering from them.. you will only lose your money

My odrer no APP13140 was for cahgo shorts, they arrived after 40 days . badly stitched and threads uncut and now no on is responding to my mails and calls .

I stand to lose all the money and an online company is built on trust and grows on word of mouth .

I do hope to get my money back.

I have ordered a jogger recently from styched and done prepaid payment too but not received any confirmation message regarding this. Please tell me how to track my order as I don’t have a customer account on syched and I had ordered directly from them .

My dress ordered was shorter and did not match the description n image shown online.
Their order tracking still shows its in the initial phase of buying fabric etc.
There is no return/exchange or refund policy, which i think is absolutely essential when u buying clothes online.
So overall was a waste of my money n time!
In my opinion SHEIN was way better in their quality n the finishing.
Never ordering anything from STYCHED again!!!

I have ordered one track pant and one white shirt top from this site in july 2021 and now its been month and i have not received my order till now and they not responding my whats app messages and there is no tracking details and no customer care no . its pathetic site and worst experience ever .They are making fool to people and taking their money and not sending products . Please guys report such kinda site so that can not make fool to other people who are thinking to order from this site.

I had ordered black trousers from them

They sent me a size smaller plus the fabric was completely different
Even the styleof the pant waa different
I sent them images measuring the waist and all the related photos
And they refused to pay me a refund

It has been a month and they haven't dispatched the order.
They are not responding to my mails or refunding me the amount.

I ordered a black cargo pant from styched and logged in as a guest so I do not have an account there but this got manipulated against me only. The workforce is so irresponsible that they do not even bother to reply to your queries. This is so useless and unreliable. I want a refund bcoz that defected piece is a waste of money.

I have placed an order from this site. However, its been 31 days and they have not dispatched my order. They have replied to my emails siting various issues such as Covid-19, busy festive period etc. On further research, I found that I am not the only one facing similar issue with this website. There are others who face similar problems and have talked about it on the web. Some have not received the products after months, neither a refund. Its important that website such as this should be flagged to protect consumers.

I placed an order 12679589 on 29th Sep which was delivered on 05th Nov almost after 1.5 mths and that too one item- v neck t Shirt is missing. They never respond to any emails and their customer care no is Never operational. They are simply cheating customers of their money. I want a refund of my undelivered item

I had ordered a t-shirt from styched.com on the 27th September, 2020 and its been stuck on the ready to ship option since the 9th October. I have tried to escalate the process but it hasn't worked at all. I have also tried mailing them and calling them but I have received no reply from them. Also there was no option of cod so I have already paid the amount.

I ordered a hoodie from Styched.in(website) for my Son on 25th September.
I paid the requested amount for the order.
Till now i didn't get any response neither on my mail nor on my phone.
I mailed them on their email id which i got after after texting them on their whatsapp number which i got from their website.
I also found their Instagram page where they replied "Hi, Thanks for messaging us. For any order related queries or complaints or feedback, please drop an email to [protected]@styched.in . We are not able to provide any order related or payment related support over Social channels. Standard response time is 24-48 working hours. Customer Care is available Monday to Friday 11AM to 5PM. As a safety protocol, we are working with reduced manpower. Response times will be higher than usual. Thank you!"

I reverted with i already mailed you but they didn't bothered to reply.
While i checked thier instagram page that goes with instagram/styched.in i found out that they had disabled the comments section so that consumer cannot give their pathetic feedback.then i found out 1 video on instagram TV & found out just like me other people also facing the same problem. Styched.in took money from them but not delivering them product.
Also i can login on their website but bot on their App(styched). I also emailed them about this problem yoo but they don't reply.Now water has gone beyond my head... I'll teach them lesson.
