I had ordered 3 Co-ord sets from this site and they have sent me 4 really cheap synthetic ugly sarees ..

My total bill was for 3797 and I would like my refund back !!

I have emailed them multiple times to no avail and there is no phone number provided to call customer care ..

If they don’t refund my money back I want to take action against them

I ordered 1 co ord set from Style Souk on 20th July, 2023. But received 2 cheap quality saares on 27th July.

I had ordered few kurtis from this company through their site, on 9th July 2021.
I've not received any valid order IDs to track my order. I've tried contacting them through every way, mails and texts and calls, but no one has replied there. I have even paid them through Paytm. Please do the needful and take this complaint under your concern....

I placed 2 (Two) orders at "style souk" vide order no #27807 and #27809 for a women denim kurti on each order @r.949.05 each and payment was made through paytm vide wallet txn id [protected] at 11:12am of 11th dec-2018 & vide txn id [protected] at 11:22 of 11th dec-2018 respectively..
Subsequently on the same day, i cancelled both the orders and "style souk" confirmed the cancellation and refund my money.
