We have purchased one unit of above mentioned product from your unit at bhubaneswar on 5/8/2018 at a cost of rs 9657/-. The cash memo is not given to us as on today and the asurence to supply the covering plastic pins to cover the unused holes are yet to be delivered. The matter is delayed on some pretext for last one month which is nothing but intentional harassment to a senior citizen like me. Please ensure quick action.

I bought two single beds, and a study desk from style spa. The bed just cracked in the middle. The board broke, and pulled the head board along with it. I have never seen anything like this in my life. Old basic wood beds last a lifetime. I paid good money for this, and it is ridiculous.
Similarly, the desk has also come apart at the back, and has to be held together with duct tape.
They never pick up the phone it seems, and don't want to follow up and resolve complaints. I would highly recommend never to buy from them.

I purchased a bed from Style Spa and the bed is having very bad quality its broken in 1.5 years and they are not going to provide any service regardding that even i am ready to pay for that.
Such a bad quality of bed they sold to me the cost is 56, 000 and its does not having actual value more then 20000.

Damage of wardrobe within the period of warranty period

This is here by to inform that I purchased wardrobe combo from your showroom on[protected] invoice bill no. [protected]. The back side of the wardrobe was seperated and bend inwards. I had intimated this complaint to the concerned showroom Palarivattam, Pipeline signal, Near Vasan Eye Care, Eranakulam, Kerala, number of times by phone. But unfortunately it was not taken up till date. So you are requested to attend the complaint as early as possible, otherwise I may be compelled for legal proceedings.

Delay and unsatisfactory post buying service

I have purchase a bed from Style spa from Faridabad, at the time of purchase the told me that if i shifted from my current location to some other location in NCR they will charge 250 for assemble and 250 for dismantle, but they charge 500 for that.
After assembling the bed on my new location bed is dismantle with in 25 days, i have made a called on store they don't sent anyone to assemble and they are also going to charge the same amount again.
Please take some action.

Dear mam / sir
My name is amit kathuria from faridabad.I had booked a set of furniture vegas.c0018090 vide order no.227564 dated 10th Aug14 at your showroom at croma interior mall 35 faridabad. I had paid 5000 as advance & was promised to deliver ordered furniture on 25th sep14 against full & final payment. On 5th I had handed over two Post dated cheques rs.7000 & 38000 to branch manager mr.pankaj bhardwaj Who promised to arrange delivery of the order furniture by 25th sep14.But I am very sorry to inform that ordered furniture had been delivered to me till 30th sep14 inspite of regular follow up with showroom as well as branch manager mr.pankaj bhardwaj moreover he refused 5000 paid as advance & stopped picking my phone calls. I am waiting for your immediate response to my request otherwise i will be forced to initiate legal action against your company.

Fault in sofa set purchased from Stylespa, Kannur

Sir,
We have purchased a Venus sofa PVC MF 1+1+3 seater 997041, on 15/06/2011 from kannur Style spa showroom. It cost us Rs28871. After the purchase we have sent it for repair 3 times and they have charged us 900 rs for each service. Now many cracks are coming on the sofa automatically. We do not use it properly and there are no children's in our house. When we asked them to repair those cracks they didn't do so and they asked us to report a complaint in stylespa website. We have purchased all furniture's for our house from style spa kannur of about Rs1, 50, 000. Now its been very discomfort for us to use that sofa. So i request you to take necessary steps and change those cracked leather parts. We will have to report this issue in the customer court if you fail to repair it and you will lose a genuine customer.
The copy of bill and photos of cracked part has been attached with the mail.

Sale Receipt not provided

Hi,
I had purchased a Montana Wardrobe from Style & Spa Bhandup showroom which got delivered on 5th Jan 2013. During sale it was conveyed that as per company policy the sale receipt and warranty information is issued after a months time. Month on month basis I visited the showroom, called up on phone but to my dismay every time I got a new excuse, some of them were Auditing is on, Printer is not working, There is no paper in printer, Manager is out and he only can authorize etc. Finally when it was out of threshold and I confronted the manager it was decided to send a soft copy on my email id but that too didn't happen.
I did called up the customer care Style and Spa, dropped them an email on 31st May 2013 and they too acknowledged that it will done in next two hours but that hour never came till data. Now I am sensing something fishy here as I feel the store has sold the Wardrobe at an exorbitant price (Re 30, 500/) and that's why they are concealing the facts. The payment was made by Axis bank debit card.
Please look into this and provide a way for me to get the receipt.

NON DELIVERY OF SOFA SET

1) We made payment to SYTLE SPA Bhandup retail store of Rs 81000/- by Credit card on[protected] for Recliner 3+1+1 Brown Sofa set. Product Code 935810
2) Style Spa Bhandup Mumbai store Receipt No. 181850 dated[protected]. Delivery was promised from ready stock. BEFORE Ganpati
3) Delivery not made. After long follow up you delivered another model as standby with a promise to deliver our ordered sofa set shortly.
4) We are following up for delivery regularly with your Mr. Abhishek on phone and SMS. He promises but nothing is done. Every time He makes promise but don’t realize that it is mistake on the part of suppliers. He takes very casually.
5) Now we are informed Mr. Abhishek Manager is not reporting for Duty and another Manager Mr. Kartik has joined

Faulty piece - Bookshelf

I had bought 2 book-shelfs (3 door & 2 door) from STYLE SPA Thane West Store.
The 2 Door piece was not delivered to us in a seal packed state. ( I was away from home at the time of product delivery and my family has not observed this). 3 days later an assembling boy was sent to our home and when he finished, i noticed the glass door of 2 door piece has developed cracks in the top corner where door lock is fitted.
I told this guy to replace this glass. and have not heard from this guy for next 2 days. I complained to the Store personnel (including Branch manager) to do the needful. After 3-4 repeated follow-ups from my end. Again the assembling boy came to my home (when i was not at home) and replaced this with another glass door.
The replaced Glass door is not same as the Original one. The difference is visible (1) The density of Glass is not same as the other glass (2) Not a White glass - poor quality (2) When look inside the glass door, books kept inside the shelf look much closer than the other shelf. This has completely spoiled the look of my personal Library.

Non delivery & Poor quality of Centre Table & No service!

We have ordered 65K worth of Furniture on 28th Aug last year(2011) including a centre table. First they did not deliver the centre table for more than a month. Then they delivered that in a very poor conditions- The glass in the wood always fall down. It is a poor design!. We returned back and they promised to replace with a different model. We are waiting for almost an year and they did not do anything and their manager never takes our call.

Pathetic customer service from Style Spa

We purchased Trinidad bedroom set from Style SPA showroom in Kondapur, Hyderabad in November 2011.
* They did not deliver on the committed date but after 4 days
* They delivered a faulty frame of the bed - since we were in urgency of shifting, we still took the delivery and asked them to fix the frame later
* We have been following up ever since - Personally, on phone with employees and store manager, on Style SPA customer care number. Recently (in April 2012) we also got in touch with the regional manager of Style Spa. He created some waves by sending a technician for an inspection and assured that our bed will be fixed. However nothing further has happened even then and we are sleeping on the faulty bed which we don't know when will break.
* The store manager called me up and asked me not to call the Regional manager. He gave me false promises all over again
* And now the regional manager doesn't even pick up our calls!!! Wow!
Please buy ANY furniture from Style SPA if you are fine with such unprofessional customer care services!

Extremely Poor Customer Service

We bought recliner from Style Spa Ghatkopar branch. It developed issues post 3 months of buying it. We kept calling Style Spa from that day to come and fix the issue before it spreads. No one came for more than a year even after calling them on every 2nd weekend. Sofa technician finally came after an year and gave us a quote of Rs 11,000 for fixing it. When we reached back to Style Spa, they said we will have to shell out the money since the recliner is out of warranty period.
It is so frustating, since Style Spa never visited us in the beginning when our recliner was within warranty period the problem became large and now we are being asked to shell out Rs 11,000.
We are not ready to do so.

Inferior & Defective Furniture

We went to Style Spa because we had heard that it is India's premium furniture chain and we thought we could get an Indian made dark brown wardrobe and dining set. We were shown around the displays but the wardrobes did not fit the size we needed and there wasn't any dark brown dining set. However we were told that there was a hot selling high quality new dining set that was only available on the web. We were shown a picture online, we liked it. We asked if it was made in India and the person told us ‘yes’ so we ordered it.
It arrived after some time with boxes of two chair sets torn. After a few days the assemblers came in and assembled the set in the most careless manner we have seen, banging and twisting parts to somehow fit things -- in spite of constant urgings from us to do things properly. They also did not have a proper tool set for assembling. We found that:
1. Three of the six chairs did not sit properly on the floor -- they said because the floor in our house was uneven(but our other chairs sit perfectly!)
2. There were white spots on the glass table top(which we did not see on the online pic shown to us while buying). We were told that it was due to packing and transport and would come off in two weeks by itself.
3. There were spots, scratches and maybe touch up on some chairs.
We immediately informed the shop about the problems and we were told not to worry as the spots would certainly go away after wiping with Colin in a month and a half. Since the spots are uneven giving a very shabby look to the table and we were getting differing versions from the people at the Noida store, we decided not to use the set till things were sorted out.
When the spots did not go away after even two months(after being lied to us that they would!) we decided we would check that model at some other location. We found that there also were spots on the glass top in the dining set on display (Style Spa shop at Lajpat Nagar). At this shop we were told that these spots would not go away and they are a new sparkling design! We were also told that the set was fully made in Malaysia.
We were very upset with all this and visited the Noida center from where we had bought the set and requested for a refund. We were told that we must email at a given address explaining this situation for an refund. But when we send the email it bounces back.
Subsequently we found out that this dining set was indeed made in Malaysia and costs less than $ 200.00 FOB. I really do think that Style Spa has taken us for a ride. There is not a single thing we were told that is true. You can’t sell your products by lying to their customers!
Now the dining table is just sitting their completely covered unused.

I, have purchased two Bedroom sets from Style Spa , Camac Street, Kolkata Branch, Vide Invoice No.1589 dated 31.03.2010 And from day one they have delivered defective almirah with the door bent. Five different people inspected the almirah . Mr.Inderjit Singh the sales executive of the showroom, assured to get things right within few days. But all in vain they come up with excuse after excuse, a company with such a high repute deals in this way is beyond expectations . I can understand new brands can mismanage things, but a business family with more than hundred years of repute will behave this way , is beyond imagination. Atleast all such things should not be sold under century old Banner of BIRLAS. If no responsible staff is available they should have a dummy (Other than KK BILRA )name, so that it do not bring disgrace to the people who have worked hard to buildup the (BIRLA) brand. My request is that first the company must immediately remove all the irresponsilbe people from this business. And I am sure the day people with responsibility are employed customers will be given weightage and served better. The day the company does this . 1. For 4 days, Style Spa said somebody will come to replace the glass.
2. Then they sent a personto inspect the glass and measure it for replacement - execpt this guy came without a measuring tape and wanted to borrow one from us.
3. We called up the manager who then said that it will take at least 7 days to get permission from Style Spa HQ before he can do anything.
4. This maanger refused to give me the number of his boss or the service department to complain about a selling approach where you sell new furniture in 5 minutes but take 7 days to get HQ to fix a defective item. Who knows, he probably needs a go ahead from Mr. Birla himself.

I ordered a dining table in Style Spa Bangalore Jay Nagar. This is III furniture item from there. While taking the order they were telling tomorrow we will deliver. Once you reach home they called me and told some damage in furniture what we have in stock so we deliver with in 10 days. All 3 times they did the same thing. Before taking the order only those people are knowing they donot have stock for immediate delivery. Just not to loose the booking they assure sooner deliveries.

Non delivery of furniture
I bought a cupboard from Style Spa in Kirti Nagar for approx Rs 30,000 on 11 Aug 2009.
The cupboard was setup incompletely and has a lock assembly as it was delivered incomplete. A promise was made by the assembler to have it delivered and fixed with 2-3 days.
As it was not delivered or fixed in 2 weeks, I even went down to their showroom in Kirti Nagar to see if I can pick it up and fix it myself. They did not even entertain me and/or even acknowledge that they need to do anything.
In parallel the desks in the cupboard fell apart and collapsed - on inspection I found that the whole desks/drawers had just been thrown in and had not been assembled into the cupboard (a sign of extremely shoddy workmanship). The whole cupboard is now falling apart and it is less than 3 months old.
I have made repeated complaints and even written politely to them - but absolute silence.
It is apparent that the names KK Birla and Podar are the names these cheap theives at Style Spa use to dupe gullible customers and they have only one aim namely to take your money and then to neither deliver, nor assemble, nor even ensure that what they have delivered even works.
This is absolutely a clear cut case of Fraud and no ifs or buts about the case.

missing door of cupboard
I purchased 2 wardrobes, one 3 door & other is a two door. the total amount was 33,295.00. The date of order is 11Sep 09 & order number is 105950. I received these on 17 sep 09. In the showroom at Law college road in Pune ,I asked about mirror fitting to the wardrobes. I talked to Sachin & he introduced me to Ajay, saying that he is the person, who does this job along with delivery of the cub board. So I gave my requirements of mirror & also paid an advance of Rs1200 for mirrors on 18 sep 09. Till date he has not fixed the mirrors. giving vague excuses like he is busy in octroi work, he is waiting for another person to carry the mirrors. Then on Wednesday 30sep 09, he came & took the door of the cup board saying that he will get it fixed within 2 hours. Today,3 oct2009, he has not fixed the mirror neither I have got my door back. today's excuse was drizling. I'm fed up & I request you to look into the matter at the earliest.

Style Spa's bed and cot quality is horrendous; we had called the style spa team to come and inspect the bed and cot. it is full of bed bugs and the local dealer in beddign and furniture informed that the quality is sub standard. Helpful

Wrong selling
I purchased a bed from Style Spa, Vashi and I was told repeatedly that the length of the bed is not more than200cm (Even after calling home from the store to check whether there would be sufficient space, the sales person kept on assuring me that the length of the bed is 200cm). I was also told that since the required model is not available in the showroom, they are unable to show me the bed (showed me a smaller bed of the same design). After the bed got delivered at my house, I was shocked to find out that the actual length of the bed was 228cm almost 15% more than what I was told. Since the size of my room is only 240cm, this left me with very little space to move around. After complaining to the showroom, I was told by the sales person that by mistake he told me that the length of the bed is 200cm and not 228cm. After telling him to rectify this mistake, he told me that this is not possible and if we want to complain, we can do that as nothing will happen. The attitude of the sales person was shocking to say the least. If this is the way a company of Birla group treats the customers, I would be the last one to trust the company again.

I PURCHED SOFA FROM STYLESPA SHOWROOM FROM SURAT ( GUJRAT ) 19 MONTHS BACK, IT WAS DELIVERED WITH DIFFIRENT COLOUR, AT DELEVERY TIME I SHOWED THEM, I COMPLAINT PLENTY OF TIME ON & OFF LINE BUT DID NOT RESPONCE FROM NO BODY, PLEASE DO NEEDFUII. THANKING YOU.
I totally agree with the complaints against style spa furniture as I have faced the same situation.The quality of style spa furniture is below average and very poor. The finishing is so very rough and sub standard with dots and scratches and marks on the wood.The furniture has rough edges...and when the local stores come and put polish on that it leaves rough patches on the furniture... any roadside furniture will seem better in front of syle spa...the company's website is misleading and disgustingly fraud...they have no contact phone numbers and no one gets back to you even if you fill your feedback form...you feel cheated after spending so much money BEWARE OF STYLE SPA FURNITURE!!

defective products and service
I was trying to buy a new bed(Eden with the storage drawer) from style spa guntur showroom, and had it delivered today to my home. when it got here i realized the storage drawer was already assembled unlike the bed which was in boxes to be assembled. when i inquired with the sales rep(Suresh) dealing with me, he told me that it was the display piece. when i demanded why he did not inform me about it as i have insisted on getting all new items, he asked me to send the bed back when it was already assembled in my home. I felt like i have been cheated and insulted by the staff trying to sell me a display item and being so rude to take back the bed which has already been assembled just half an hour ago. I was born and lived most of my life in guntur and do business in guntur but never have come across a situation where i was insulted in my own town. my friend who own's the building the showroom is located recommended me for the service and quality, but have found none, as the Sales Rep tried to cheat me into buying a display piece (with out informing me) and was rude enough to take it back when i went to pay the money and questioned him about the issue. the store manager called me to find out about the issue but did nothing regarding the issue. I am so disappointed a company like Birla can be so unprofessional in dealing with me in my own town.

I purchased 2 study table and two chairs from style spa kirti nagar showroom but i am not satisfied with table as who came to join the table has not joined properly he has just broken the table.Icomplained to kirti nagar showroom but their was no response.Mr ashfak is responsible for this.
Dont worry Sir, you are indeed lucky, my experience with them is even more horrendous as within 3 months the whole cupboard has collapsed. These people at Style Spa - not only charge 5 times what others charge, but at the same time, their stuff is at least 5 times inferior and their service absolutely non existent.
The names of Podar and KK Birla mean nothing but the cheapest form of the cheapest crooks and it is crooks like these who give this country such a bad name.

I have had exactly the same experience. I had bought a cot from the showroom at Thrissur, Kerala. The day of assembling itself I had showed them a chipping on the headrest position of the cot. When I called the shop they told me to wait 3-4 days for a replacement. It is 4 months since then & I am still waiting. I had sent a written complaint to their Chennai Office, but they have not cared to even acknowledge my complaint leave alone redressing it. Now the shop people have turned vindictive. They say that since i have complained to their higher ups now things are out of their hands, only if they get an order from above they will replace it otherwise not. I think they are waiting for orders from Mr. K. K. Birla himself.
This ( Style Spa) is the worse furniture manufacturer company which has almost no liability after sale of the product, very bad attitude of resolving any issue IF one get after the sale of the product.
IF you want to BURN your precious money then buy a PRODUCT from STYLE SPA, Pune ( Very unprofessional Post sale service ) and experience the very bad post sale service !.
