I bot 2 pair of shoes i size 41 from Stylestry.com and unfortunately both of them did not fit me. on the very first i sent a complaint ticket to them informing them about the exchange since they had mentioned about 7 day return/exchange policy. no response or solution till the next 4 days and finally i call them up regarding the same and they said pay 99/- for a return pick and we will get it sorted.

another 24 hours gone by, no payment link was sent...again a call to them and they said they dont hv a bigger size for the chosen products. so i told them, i would like a refund in my bank account since i didnot like any of the products from the 42 size available.

they refused to do so and told me, i can keep checking their website as they will hv new stock in place...

wat r the expecting????for us to go n check the site everyday for new shoes...where we know insta and other e platforms r full of more better designs and service and quality...

this is worst customer service i hv come across and wld suggest everyone to not to buy from stylestry.com

The delivery date was too much late as expected...i don't want to buy it today as it's totally unnecessary for me now. So please do cancel my order

I bought 2 sandals for 1000 I returned one coz it didn’t fit my foot later for that pickup return I payed extra 100 they told they don’t have refund policy so they will exchange the product with the size I want I told I need 34 size but they don’t have it so they will refund it to GPAY and the process will be done within10-15 days and after 15 days I started asking them about this issue they told they will arrange a call back within 24 hrs and they continue to say the same thing for another 1week I also tried to say this on their Instagram but their they keep on saying hey dear please wait and revert back to support ticket they keep n saying this for a few days and now not responding now I lost total 600 amount this is a total scam

They don’t have refund policy so they told they will exchange the product but later they said that they don’t have the size I want so they will refund through gpay and it will be done within 10-15 days it’s been bore than 15 days and they didn’t refund the money or exchange the product when I tried to contact them I can’t reach them when I texted on their support ticket they told me you’ll receive a call within 24 hrs they told the same thing for 1week and 2days . On their Instagram I asked them that time they told me please wait and revert back to support ticket
