Please do not ever purchase from this them .. these guys are highly unprofessional and are very good at wasting time.. u would have to wait ages for some response from their side.. cheaters they are.. do not fall trap to them.. worst ever experience till now..

Hey! I live in the united states and i ordered from these guys and it has been more than 20 days since and she keeps on saying on the way, on the way and all but i have lost hope in getting the product.

I’ve recently had the worst experience ever in online shopping. It is a fraudulent page. Do not waste your money by purchasing from this store. Let me tell you what happened with me. I had ordered a lehenga for my friend’s wedding. It looked really pretty in the picture and they promised me that the delivered product will exactly be the same. They also told me that if I didn’t like the product, it can be exchanged easily. But after I received the lehenga, it wasn’t even 10% similar. The quality was pathetic. The fabric was so thin that if I wore it, my legs would have been clearly visible through it. The blouse had little holes on it. When I messaged them that I was disappointed with the lehenga, they did not bother to reply. I kept messaging them continuously and then finally they replied after 12 days saying that I would have to ship the old product to them through DTDC and the new product will be delivered to me for which they will charge ₹150 shipping charges.

They are frauds and I request everyone who is reading this to report that page on Instagram.

They are such a fraudster...bought a lehenga but the material was so bad...when raised an issue with them, they behaved really bad...as if I was at fault. Such pathetic experience. They don't provide for redress instead misbehave.

I hope their business gets scrapped.

I bought a lehenga, but the product it showed in the picture and received is completely different. The person's concern is unresponsive. The way of dealing with the customer is inferior, and till now, they haven't responded to anything even if I tried to contact them many times. Very unethical business practice, and in a word, they are fraud.

Product shown or promised are different and the site states it is fully stitched but it was an unstiched cloth of a bad material .
Rude reply from staff when we said we want a refund . Denied to refund and said u can buy some other product also pay extra shipping money to them .
All this is not informed when we buy the product.

I ordered on e kurta set from this site and the received item is of poor quality. it is completely different from the picture shown in samples. On doing so much of follow ups they r not even responding for the same. Please don't waste ur money on these pathetic websites. They are fraud. There are so many different sites of this owner. Please beware of these kind of websites

While ordering the product craftslore gave me the contact no [protected] to make the payment ... now they are asking to check with the contact no from which it was ordered... and craftslore page from insta is removed... they are not even responding

I've placed an order from stylish_drapes... After the money is paid via.. Net banking... There was no reply and the package wasn't delivered to me.

This pic is enough to explain thw scenario. I paid 1750 + shipping charges for exchange 180 + paid 150 shipping charges to them again to recieve new product.

They sent me wrong color outfit and second one with cheap quality. I asked for address so I can sent it back but no response.

I had placed an order on 8 March and was assured that i would receive the product in 3-4 days on online payment. It has been 9 days and i havent yet received the product. Moreover during the time of enquiry there were timely replies and once the payment was done there were no replies at all. This is absolute fraud and should be reported.

I place an order on 14 feb 2021 and also paid 1950 for it . But after my payment there has been no reply about my queries regarding shipment...nor they pick up my calls nor reply my message... these bunch of theives and decoits must me sued...

I have ordered a gown from stylish drapes instagram.They ask me for the details and want payment screenshot from me for order confirmation.I have ordered on 18th January 2021 now it is more than 15 days and still I didn't receive any product and they are not replying now.This is such a fraud company please do not buy anything from them.

I have ordered 2 dresses and they assured me that it will reach me within 3-4 days but when I call them they are not receiving calls also not replying I'm tensed now as I have already paid online with an amount of 3700 please help

I bought one pink colour lehenga at cost of Rs.1550 but when I received that product it was so cheap in quality and totally different. When I asked him about exchange he explained different policy to exchange where I will bear the cost of dispatch and receipt of a new product. I returned that product but still it is not received as told by him..
Please be vigilant while buying online.

Cheap quality dress. She told me to send that to another customer. On asking money she showed me some other cheap dresses.as I said no she blocked me and my money r with her

They take full payment and not responding on call properly i will go to consumer forum they assure 1 week delivery guarantee but no response.. They booked on wrong address and not solving issue...

Stylish_drapes : We have booked dress at 1999 n paid full amount in gpay, as order was said to receive by 6working days, but as i ask them on seventh day they denied for receving calls and stop responding when i ask for money return. Its more then twenty days, they blocked my number. This is online fraud.
Please take action or they target more people.

They are not even replying back to my text,.. N asking for extra charges even for return.. Nobody can wear such a bad quality clothes

I ordered a lehenga aware of the fact that it is not the original designer piece. But even the recreated pieces are not upto the mark. Colour doesn't match with the picture and quality is bad. I asked for a refund because i suspected the quality of other products i might receive if i exchanged. They have the worst products and worst customer service. What's even worse is that you have to pay the shipping back charges and additional shipping charges for the new product you get in exchange for no fault of yours. They are fraudsters. Their page on instagram should be banned. I am surprised that no action was taken upon receiving so many complaints already.

This is the worst online shopping site i've known. First they promise everything good about the product. Then the send faulty products. Nothing like what they promised. Then later when you complain, tgey stop replying to your messages. So many complaints have been made regarding this website, now it's high time that some serious action is taken against them. Pathetic website. No business ethics. No values. It's simply disgusting..!!

This is regarding complaint which i want to file against stylish drapes they sell second hand and low quality products via instagram and will fake assure you good quality dress by sending fake images of dress, i recently purchased a dress first the delivery was not done properly and when i got the dress it was really different from the one which i ordered when i asked for return they never replied i do have chats for proof.

This is a big time fraud company. They will show good quality outfits on their page but deliver very poor, cheap quality outfits. And when you message them for exchange they will stop replying to your messages. Bought a lehengha for 1800rs which is not worth even 500rs. They are making fool of people. Their page should be removed from instagram. We can't even speak with them over phone. Pathetic quality.. Fraud company. I want to return this outfit but their is no option.

I made a purchase from @stylish_drapes instagram business account on 09-december-2018 for two dress. They were responsive while placing my order and also during the payment for which they suggested i pay via bank transfer sum of rs 3800. I completed the payment and they promised me an estimated 3-4 days delivery via fedex.

I enquired about my package after a week (Which was already way past the estimated delivery date) and they claimed that the delivery person came home and returned as there wasn't anyone available at my house at that time.

This was clearly a lie.

I enquired at fedex with the tracking id and they claimed no such consignment reached here. My mother and brother was at home all the time. Also isn't it normal procedure to call the person before delivering? I didn't even receive any such call. When i informed stylish drapes about my concern, neither did they reply nor did they give me a valid reason for this mishap.

This was not it. I repeatedly messaged them asking for a re-delivery for which they said they will charge extra because of first incident. I didn't agree to this initially but i had to end up agreeing because they weren't replying to any of my messages. (Btw, the function for which this purchase was made had already gotten done with.)

They didn't attempt to re-delivery it even they claimed they did. I didn't give up, and kept leaving them messages asking them to refund as the package is of no use because the function is over. They didn't even reply to this. I was so frustrated at their carelessness and poor customer service. I decided to complaint about them to a higher authority level. When i said i'd so this, stylish drapes paid no heed and asked me to proceed with the complaint!

I kept compelling them for a refund for this they blatantly disagreed and said it's against their policy. Isn't it their policy to keep the customer satisfied? I don't understand. They are neither ready to deliver the package nor are they willing to refund the amount.

I also filed a police complaint about this issue in march 2019 and when i informed stylish drapes about this, they agreed to refund the amount and that's it, there was no further response after that. They still haven't refunded the money and they have also gone to the measures of blocking me on whatsapp preventing me from contacting them further.

This is utter fraudulent and not acceptable. I have lost my money now and also my time. This account should be be reported for scam and fraud. They haven't kept their word and has made a complete fool out of me blaming me for the entire havoc.

I had ordered one saree worth Rs 1640 on 13 march by Stylish Drapes. and i have payed via google pay. My order code is -Code: ND531. they said i will get my parcel with in 2- 4 days. but now its almost 1 month and i haven't received my parcel and they are not responding on Whatsapp and Instagram.
i am trying to call them but they didn't pick up the call as well.
I need my money back from these fraudsters.
Don't buy any thing from Stylish Drapes ...they will not reply at all.

As experienced by everyone else, the order i received was couriered back due to cheaper quality and placed a replacement order, however no whereabouts of the delivery for months and money was also not refunded. Tried sending dm through instagram, whatsapp, the messages were getting read with no response. I had purchased a lehenga costing inr 1800 + inr 200 for courriering the product back and they seem to care less about our losses. It is not acceptable at all to take such disadvantage of our money and time.
Guys, any one of you are having such grievances or have faced the same problems please let us get in touch.

I ordered a dress material, priced 1900.
They said cod is not available please pay the full price (60₹ off and express delivery).
After the payment was done
I was told i'll receive the package in 2-3 days.
I am still waiting for the package (It's been more than 10 days)
And if i message them to check the status of product they don't reply at all.
They will be online but will not reply.

I have ordered this beautiful looking lehenga which i saw on the insta page costing rs 2600. But after receiving it i found it does not bear any similarities with the picture. I do understand that there can be variations but it is a total horrible looking product. They denied of any refund and when i asked for exchange they blocked me. How do i get some help related to the same. They need to be stopped as people are getting cheated.

I orderes saree from on whatsapp i got their number from instagram i send the pic of the product which i want they deliver me wrong product the prouduct pic i send or i received totally diffrent when i told them they can't accept it.
