I was working in your company (su-kam power system ltd) from 25 sep 2009 to 31dec2015, but my epfo service details not submit & kyc not update. This time, i have money problem for unemployment.

    Dear sir,

    We have purchased two batteries from su-kam on 3rd may 2014. From last one month the backup of batteries was of only one hour. I’ve logged a complaint on your helpline number tt-[protected] 13/10/2015, on this ticket your person visit home and without giving any solution he closed the ticket on same day.
    I have again logged the complaint on helpline tt-[protected] 15/10/2015, on this complaint your engineer visits our home and took batteries to your palwal service center on 16/10/2015. Now as per them the batteries are ok but my only concern if the batteries are ok than why they are not giving backup at my residence. Give proper diagnosis report for the same……

    We have never expect such type of response from such a big brand name. Hope you will give some positive response. Requesting you to take proper action on the same.

    Clarification required : on what confirmation you have closed ticket [protected] 13/10/2015.

      Claiming refund of EPF amount

      Sir,
      I was serving with Su-Kam Power Systems Ltd from Dec 2004 to Sept 2006. The EPF amount deducted from my monthly salary during the said period was deposited in EPF A/c No.HR/GGN/0033 with EPF office,Gurgaon. I have left the job and now unemployed.
