Please find the below complaint for Yamani Cooperative Housing Society B wing on behalf of Flat number 301, B wing residing in same building

The committee appointed are going against the byelaws of society ( Secretary, Chairman and Treasures)

• Failure to prepare audit reports/ audit rectification reports/ annual reports and submission same in Registrar office.
• Investing funds without prior approval of members
• Failure to conduct annual, special, or general body meetings wilfully
• Failure to file returns, statements, or mismanagement of bank records/documents
• Failure to appoint any advocate to support on bye-laws and recovery of maintenance.

• Having funds in the society to start the repair procedure but not taking interest in starting building repair work instead of very high warning mentioned in structure audit report.
• Making the life of people living in the housing society at risk due to inaction from the committee members

Already there is an incident of falling of the ceiling on 4th floor in the passage which could have cost someone`s life but still there is no action on the same.

The life of each members in the society is at risk due to the incident which has happened 4 months before on 14th July 2022. And many times, it has requested to Secretary, Chairman and Treasurer to act upon and start the building repair work or resign if they are unable to act upon.

    Dear Sir,
    This is Pankaj Borole from Malad. I had booked 1 underconstruction Flat in Thane. I had handed over the DD for Stampduty and the franking was done. Before signing the document Builder refused to furnish the dimensions of the Flat in Agreement and also Approved Floor Plan copy.
    We requested him to provide the Document but He did not provide. Hence We cancelled the Flat Booking. We have not signed any Agreement.

    Now My wife went to SubRegistrar office thane in District Collector's office compound, The officer is insisting on the unsigned agreement copy. We have never signed the agreement copy so how builder will give it to us.
    I request you to provide us the correct information for refund of stampduty and if the unsigned agreement copy then Please issue letter to the builder so that He will give us the unsigned Agreement copy so that we will be able to submit it to Registrar Office thane.
    I need justice from you,Sir

    Postal Department — refund for stamps

    dear I bought 100 stamps of 5/ each, I used 80 stamps .

    I wanted to return 20 stamps to post office back, but they refused to take back,

    I want to ask why the unused stamp (genuine) cannot be taken back
    Respected sir/ Madam,
    I am Mr. M Jesudass, residing at G-2, B-4, Phase-3, Brahmand buildings - Thane. I had purchased a motorcycle on 2010. My vehicle details are below:

    Last 15th March 2012, my installment completed. So from the financier released the key and RC book along with the bank letter the middle of April 2012. With the hypothecation withdrawn, I submitted the application along with the Bank letter to the RTO Office Kalwa road, near Thane central Jail On 7th of May. After long struggle with the staff of counter no 40, I submitted all the documents which he asks, the same day to him. For that I paid Rs.180/- the book no #11F 1265252 the receipt no S43297 / 07/05/2012.
    And the new (smart optical vehicle registration certificate) card was been charged to Rs. 350/-. Receipt No[protected].0404-[protected]. In the same bill they have mentioned in writing that Rec.No 343297. Approval on 07/05/12 and scanning – 08/05/12. And he told that the card will reach our home within 2 Months.
    By the mid of July I went to the office to get to know the status of my card. On that time I came to know that the card was not yet being processed. From that day onwards I was in a puzzle and went many times. When I was visited on 21of August, they told me that by 14th August it will be dispatched. And the number is 6726. Later I came to know that it was wrong information, after I verified the postal department’s net search. As I did not receive my card I went to the office frequently and they gave me the Barcode of the postal department by the mid of September. At first they gave me wrong number and after three days I got the correct number (EM[protected]in), then when I checked through internet it shows,

    After a long waiting at the office on 28th September, one of the guys told to meet Chief accounts officer. I met him and he gave Mr. Mose’s number ([protected]) to know the status. When I called him at (11:40am) Mr. Mose told that the Card is already reached to the office and the number given by him is, 3/123. The same day I contact counter number 40, he said to come after one week.
    Today (05/10/2012) since 10 Am onwards I was waiting at the counter no 40 for my card collection. By 10:30 the staff of counter no 40 came and try to send me back as usual. I was waiting till 12 Pm. Mean time he was searching my card and asked me what can I do? In this process I already lost more than 10 permits and 5 days leave in my office.
    So I request you to make further decision to get my smart card immediately. Dear sir, in this lengthy process I lost my time and also pressurized into getting disturbed of my routine work. Sir I would kindly request you to please consider my humble request and help me out in getting my smartcard. I would be grateful to you for the same. Sorry for the inconvenience.
