Dear Sir,

We have booked one mobile lenevo Vive k5 Plus 3 Gb ram. as on 13/12/2016 on SubBuy.com through Paytm Transaction No.[protected].Rs:-7998.But Till date we have not received the product and the Customer cure no of said company[protected] is no body pick up and we lost my money Rs:-7998/-.

how we can get our product.

We have purchase lenevo vibe k5 plus3gb (16gb) colour gold online via paytm as on 13.12.16 as the rate was showing at the site are less to other site we belive in online after demonitisation is taking affect so we paid after login of subbuy.com web site. My people also checked at the address maintion below but security gurad posted said that there is nothing in the name like this my paytm transaction id is...

I made three orders on 6th December 2016 on sabbuy.com bearing order
numbers #14705, #14739, #14746 and these orders were to be delivered
by 10th December 2016 i.e, Saturday but these three orders are not
delivered yet and i also got a SMS that the product will be delivered
today on saturday but i was not delivered. I had already made many
complaints regarding this but anyone one on the customer care side...

Purchased a mobile from SabBuy.com but not received the phone yet and even address is fake and number we are calling going on voicemail and after sending so much mails no reply received and we done the full payment by card.. Even after searching the address company website address is also given fake.. How to get back our money.. plz advice... We got the SMS also that by last week Saturday we will get the delivery but till now not received...
