I had purchaged land of 2400SPFT from Sudharshan on April 2010, and now this company should offer me the possession as per the agreement. But aftre continious tyouch base with My Biswas and always he suggested me various dates to do the same. Now he has shared a letter with me stating that due BDA 2030 plan they will not be able to provide such land and offering me to take out the money.
Can you please help me out in this matter how can...
