They show the photo of dress material online and claim to have a 7 day return policy also.

"We r also providing 7 days return policy if material damage or wrong product delivered then u have to send pic us n tell about problem then our courier guy will come to u n take article and ur payment will give by paytm or by bank transfer."

But upon putting a return request, they do not even communicate.

I ordered a kurti from Sumedha fashion for my bday purpose in instagram. I make online payment only with RS.2000. Then one of my friends told it is fraud website. Then I texted them to refund my money and didn't need any kurti. They don't even reply to me. Simply blocked me.

Ohh God.. Seriously I dont even want to write a complaint on them, i got frustrated to the core.

Just look at the pics that I have received and what I ordered for.

Also, please see the chat messages that we had once I received the order. They are really irresponsible to reply. Actually its my mistake to expect such responsibilities from cheaters.

Guys, kindly don't order from this. I ordered long back, almost a year back... but I thought I should post at least now. They blocked my number.

I purchased an item from sumedha fashion, and made payment through western union as i am from outside country. I bought a lahenga and paid for shipping charge aswel that was more than 5000 inr. I sent the photo of the confirmation of amount i made on their what's app. They told item is not here would be there in 3 days. So i tried to wait 3 days. On the 3rd day upon contacting them, i found my self blocked. I also tried to call and their phone number came swtichedoff. Please help me i need my amount to be refunded

This company is a total cheat by showing something else on website and delivering cheap products. Firstly what is shown is completely different from what has been received. Secondly she deceives the customers by showing satisfactory messages from others. The price is extensively high and fooling customers. This business should be stopped as soon as possible.

I ordered a lehenga from this online shopping site on instagram. Initially i had requested for original pics and they said its not possible because the dress is in the warehouse.
And when the lehenga came, it was entirely different and the quality was pathetic. Wrong color and entirely different blouse than the picture. Skirt was stitched in a different way and a different color.
Even after i complained to them about this there was no reply from their side.

I placed an order for a saree on 30th july worth rs.1749. The photo shown to me was completely different. The color, the print and the fabric quality was completely different. Moreover the saree was torn and damaged when i got it. The seller was well aware about this hence ignored my calls and texts. This is a complete scam. I just checked consumer forum now and found many complaints against this company. I urge you to take action against this person/company before they dupe others and please help me get a refund.

I purchased a dress from sumedha fashion's instagram account and ordered it via watsapp on 20th july 18. I asked for original picture, they refused stating they cannot click each and every product, and assured me there is a 7 day return policy.
I made 100% advance payment before delivery of the product.
The product i received was completely different, it was of cheap quality, pathetic, no where related to what i saw on their instagram page. I escalated the same immediately, but they said, return only possible in case or damaged or wrong product, and blocked my number.

Bought a saree from sumedha fashion via Facebook. Their phone number is [protected]. I received a poor quality defective saree on 5th june 2018 morning. Tried contacting them for a refund but the concerned person blocked me. Paid rs. 3249 via imps before the delivery itself . Tried to contact them several times with different phone numbers. Now they are blaming that i tore the lace and not refunding the money. I told them that i would incur the delivery charges to their place but i am not getting any response from their side

I got a saree from these page on instagram called "sumedha fashion".
He is clearly a fraud.
He send me such a bad product.
The quality and color and design was so bad and was completly different and when was telling him about this he blocked me i also texted him from various numbers and accounts but he blocked me every where.
He charged rs.1900 for the saree but it was not worth 200s also.
I cannot afford such a big loss because i'm a seller and i lost my customer and also money and more over my image.

Please take some steps so that next time people will not have to face such a big loss. #please help
