I have bought methimez -5 tablet from sikarwar medical store gwalior on date 14.05.2019, 10*5 pack one of pack have not have tablet 3 no of tablet are missing in strip. Its very critical to me when i get to know about this, required your immediate attention on this, my mother are going to travel for this we purchased for 50 days medicine in advance but we got to know by mother its have short no of medicine, required attention on this for inconvenience to me, as per indian regulation its legal offense for consumer, if i not get any response from company i will go in future to consumer forum for the same.

Iam a cancer patient so my doctor had advised me to take encorate 500 two times but two months ago the encorate 500 i purchased was all broken and it seems it was all bad and when i went to the shopkeeper he said he won't be taking the medicine back because sun pharma company is not taking back from him so i purchased a new one and the new one was also same so from last two months iam taking expired or rotten medicine and in complete jodhpur no shops have the right or new medicine. So plse help

I am a diabetic patient and has been taking glucored tablet half in the morning and half in the night as per my physicians advice. Recently, i shifted from bangalore to udupi. The tablet which i used to purchase from any drug store in bangalore used to be very crisp and breaks in to two equal pieces with a cracking sound exactly on vertical half line. However, the tablet i purchase at udupi does't break in to two equal parts, re not crisp, edges are unequal, no cracking sound very feeble and breaks into powder type pieces..

This makes me to doubt about the genuineness of the tablet marketed in udupi. Please examine

I have purchased 30 nos nexito ls against doctor prescription from apollo pharmacy bill no 13203 crg0010221 dt. 04.10.18, srirampur station branch where batch no mentioned sks1481 expiry july-19. Where as on strips of medicine it is printed batch. No skt0474 mfg dt.04/2018 and expiry st.03/2020. This discrimination was noticed during intake. Now it is questions of genumity of the medicine supplied by apollo pharmacy. Please check & confirm the actions

Sir, l am using careprost 0.03 drops 3ml in quantity.Generally 1 bottle lasts for 32 to 34 days regularly. This time 1 bottle lasts only for 19 days. So quantity is less than 3 ml. It is my second bottle which last only 19 days. I have complaint before this for first bottle, last only 19 days. There is no reply of my first complaint. It is my second complaint for second bottle. A company like Sun Pharma is packing lesser quantity.There is no reply from sun pharma about my complaint. I am using careprost drops since 4 years. I have purchased careprost drops whose details are as following:
Batch no:hks0118
Mfg date:02/2017
Expiry date:01/2019
I have started this bottle on 6th june 2018 and it is completed on 24th june 2018 so it is used for only 19 days by me. Generally 1 bottle of 3 ml lasts for 30-32 days. So last bottle is only used for 19 days so filling of quantity may be less. Before this i had same experience for another bottle before 6 months but at that time i hadn't complained you. It is second bottle today so please look into the matter and do needful.

Dear sir cfa not making credit note of expiry and return goods and company give offer letter for billing on heqe but cfa not accepting pl do needful and co oprate in this matter give oppourchnity to better your organization I am assure you no complain from my side-as per business policy your company accept all distributors cheqe so request you give justification to my firm-anilkumar and brothers

I had bought a medicine called : SILODAL 8, Batch no : BC 1505118A, from
Easymedico Pharmacy
( A unit of VINILOK SOLUTION PVT LTD)
Ground floor, Relax Avenue 40/B/F, Scheme no :54, Sector B, Indore - 452003

After I had had two capsule from one of the strips and next day I found that one of the slots of the strip is absolutely empty. So I left that slot untouched. I was shocked, there must be something further wrong with the medicine, and stopped taking Silodal instead I bought Silofast.
Please find the Pictures of empty slot taken both sides of the strip and the copy of the bill attached here with for your ready reference. You can see the slot empty.
I had never had such experience with any of the medicines so far, this is very serious issue far any bodys health.
