Sun Tv — Complaint not being attended in spite of reminders

On 12th at 8.30am i have registered a complaint that my set top box is not working. They have reg my complaint and sent me sms with technician name saying that it will be attended at 3pm along with his mobile no. He did not come and informed that it is not his area. I called them in the evening at 4.30pm again and today morning. Till now it has not been attended. This is the attitude of sun tv when any complaint is booked with them. My smart card. No 41173470513. Do there not have any nodal officer region wise to whom we can esclate the matter...

Sun direct set of box not functioning for past 10 days, After repated reminder it is not attended by the dealer. We are unable to watch news. Kindly register the complaint and do the needful.

The original cost of the set top box is around rupees 3000.

I hope this reached the concerned people. Sun Tv — Didn't swicth on channel after charging amount

I wanted to watch us open and requested to add ten sports to subscriptions. They added the channel and deducted the amount. It was on 13 th sep 2015 eve 11 pm and they promised that it will be done within 15minu to 2hrs. But after 2 hours still the channel was not active and I have to call customer care since I couldn't watch the match. I requested for a refund but they told its not possible. Sun Tv — Unethical Serial Spoiling the younger generation

Now serial like Thangam,Athi pookkal and all creating wrong messages among younger generations.
Good people are always shown as suffering and only bad people are winning.After so many episodes they will show that Good people are winning but meanwhile what messages will be taken by young people.In Cinemas atleast Hero will sing good songs and only some time he will fight with Villain but in serials they are showing that Good and Honest people are suffering.

Such negative serials are to be stopped.

Moreover the serials are shown only max 15 mts and remaining 15mts...

Sun Tv — Balance not credited

It is bad experience to talk to SUN direct call centre. Employees are not giving the correct information. I talked approx 10-15 times but every time I frustated by the resolution.I rechage the rs 133 from SBI netbanking on 4th july but still bal is not credited.Every time call centers agents were give the wrong and incomplete information.Every time they asked about whole thing and it cause the frustartion.Very very bad service.
Plase look into this.

i had purchased a sun direct dish at alwar rajasthan and Nw i hv been shifted to gurgaon .I raised a request to the customer care to get my sun direct installed but for more than five days no one was there to solve the problem then i raised a complaint and my complaint No. is 1-170-5893164 and i loged the complaint before 23-01-2011. but no action has been taken care of . i want to get my dish installed as soon as possible ....

Sun Tv — No Reception

For the last 2 months no programme has been received on Sun TV. Repeated reminders, telephonic calls to Customer Care have been made but to no avail. I do not know what more can I do to wake up these people I have yet to see such indifferent attitude by any other company....

Sun Tv — Distributor are irresponsible

I purchased sundirect dish service on 16-4-2009.
Till 17-4-2009 i am unable to see the channel Z TELUGU for which i have paid Six Months Sudscrishn 100/-
The Distributor are irresponsible at Sundirect Sri Vinayaka Traders Machilipatnam, A.P office.
I really lost mony and really frusturated by calling them somany times. My Id No.CR-3515606, Smart Card No.41167570971, Still Days Of Complaint 20 Days, Not Working Any Man
Called the Customer care & the dealer several times but every time complaint but not action has been taken till now. Some body told me to SIR
